Superior Court Judge Peter Lichtman included in the settlement that Lucia will receive equal support as Mel provides to his other seven children.

Mel will also continue to pay for the home he bought with Oksana and their daughter (almost 2) until she turns 18, when he can sell it and give the proceeds to his daughter.

"I'd like to say thanks, your honor, for bringing this matter to a reasonable conclusion," Mel said during the hearing.
