FASHION: Marc by Marc Jacobs featured mod inspiration with a modern update. Lots of orange and navy looks came down the runway, with everything from a coat to a few preppy one piece suits. Models wore color-blocked platform shoes or rainbow high top sneakers with a wedge. Visors topped off some of the looks for an extra sporty edge.
BEAUTY: Guido for Redken styled the models hair in ponytails with the middle tucked down by a large pin, creating a sleek, no fuss look. The make-up, done by Dick Page for Shisedo, was similarly clean, with models sporting dewy faces, glossy lips, and dark black, winged eye liner.

COLOR/OVERHEARD: The word at the tents was that Rachel Zoe may come, but she never showed. But any disappointment by celeb watchers was quickly forgotten when Hollywood's youngest new muse, Elle Fanning, 14, entered in bright red Marc for Marc Jacobs shorts and a matching blouse. She currently appears in the Marc for Marc Jacobs Fall ad campaign (her sister Dakota has also in ads for the designer), and was sat front and center next to company President Robert Duffy.
"It’s funny, I met him for the first time at the “Somewhere” premiere here in New York," Elle shared with OK! about Marc. "We figured out we had the same birthday. April 9th is mine and his as well, so we bonded and then he asked me to do his ad campaign a few months."

Elle, who counts Marilyn Monroe and Alexa Chung as style icons, also appears in a video for Rodarte and has been labeled a style icon herself by the fashion set. "It’s crazy! I am always looking up to people for style and I always try and create something unique when I come out. I love to wear my own thing. I don’t really follow other people. I definitely have a particular style."
For those who want to mimic her looks, she tells OK!, "I love sixties baby doll dresses and I wear a lot of pants, a lot of high-waisted things. And also, I am sort of into the hippie thing, so long dresses, if I find a cool '70s dress anywhere I am definitely all over it."
