Now: These days, Fred (pictured here with wife Jennifer Stone) works behind the camera; after starring in the sitcom Working, he took on directing. He’s directed several episodes of It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia and was at the helm of the 2007 film Daddy Day Camp. “The thing I love about directing is that it’s so all-consuming and so all-encompassing, from the moment you’re on set until the second you go to bed,” he said in a 2007 interview.
