Maddie's middle name Briann is an ode to Casey's cousin Brian, who died in a car accident a week before her birth, and Jamie Lynn's brother Bryan. As for her first name, dad gets all the credit. "Maddie is a name that Casey thought of, and I really liked it," Jamie Lynn says.
