Emily Osment plays Miley Cyrus’s best friend in Hannah Montana: The Movie. She’s also the sister of Haley Joel Osment. “My brother and I have a very strict brother-sister relationship,” she tells me during a Hannah Montana memorabilia donation at Planet Hollywood in NYC’s Times Square. “Haley and I are just focused on who’s going to beat each other at ping-pong.”
