I met Julianne Hough at the Empire State Building in NYC during MasterCard’s Overjoy of Giving promotion. 

“They offered to do hair-and-makeup, but I told them ‘no, I like to do it myself,’” she tells me. “I’ve been doing it since I was ten years old. It wakes me up in the morning. It’s like a therapy thing. Very relaxing.”
