Working out five to six days a week to shed the weight isn't the only way Carnie is getting in shape; she has also been following a rigorous diet. "For breakfast I eat a half cup of blueberries, two pieces of turkey bacon, two egg whites with vegetables or onions and lots of seasoning. Snack is six baby carrots and two to three tablespoons of hummus. Lunch is three ounces of chicken and some raw vegetables. I like to make a big, big raw vegetable salad and chop it really well. I make my own salad dressings with apple cider vinegar. My only fat is coming from olive oil at this point. No avocado, no corn, no roasted nuts—just raw almonds."
