There was a time when the sight of Nicole Richie hitting a party in West Hollywood would have been cause to put the National Guard on standby.

Oh how times have changed. Nicole arrived at a baby's party (sporting a definite baby bump!) there on April 13, and left quietly at respectable hour of the afternoon -- without sparking even a minor siege situation.
