Claire (Roberts) and Ray (Owen) are ex-lovers who also happen to be former government spies. And when you’ve led the cloak-and-dagger life — well, it leaves you with serious trust issues. In a Mr. and Mrs. Smith-ian twist, Claire and Ray seem to be adversaries at first, but don’t jump to conclusions. Though Duplicity begins somewhat confusingly, it’ll keep you guessing throughout. The stars’ chemistry is great and they’re both fun to watch.
