When will Scarlett & Ryan Make It Official?

They may be engaged, but don't expect to hear wedding bells any time soon.

Sources tell OK! that Scarlett Johansson, 23, and Ryan Reynolds, 31, who announced their betrothal on May 5, are in no rush to say "I do."

"Ryan has been pushing her to get married but she knew she wasn't ready, so they decided to have a long engagement and worry about the wedding down the road," a friend tells OK! "She's still so young, but she knows Ryan is the one she wants to spend the rest of her life with. They love each other very much."

Meanwhile, Ryan tells OK! he's looking forward to fatherhood. "I feel like I need to fulfill the genetic paradigm, the destiny of it all. I do want to have a child at some point."
