Vivica A. Fox Booked on DUI

Vivica A. Fox surrendered herself to the LAPD Wednesday afternoon to be formally booked for her March DUI charges.

Documents obtained by TMZ list the 43-year-old's booking time at 12:15 p.m. PST and by 12:45, a "very congenial" Vivica was out the door.

The Kill Bill killer babe was busted the night of March 20 on the 101 Freeway in the San Fernando Valley for speeding past cops at 80 mph. After failing to perform a field sobriety test, 50 Cent's ex was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and taken to Van Nuys jail where she bombed two breathalyzer tests.

A judge ordered the star to be booked or be served with a bench warrant on Monday.
