Another gorgeous way to glam up your lash line? Give the illusion of fuller lashes with a makeup trick: the cat eye. To do, Ja’Maal suggests using a dark color to line your upper lid as close to the lash line as possible, starting with the inner corner and working out. At
the outer corner, extend the line at a slight upward angle for a winged look.
