Russian Singer Denies Mel Gibson Affair

In any divorce there are bound to be some finger pointing, and Mel Gibson’s divorce from his wife of 28 years, Robyn Gibson, is no different. A few reports have surfaced linking the actor romantically to a Russian singer.

 

However, TMZ reached out to the woman, Oksana Kolesnikova, and got a statement from her rep denying any involvement in the Gibson split. Mel’s already said there’s no truth to that story as well.

 

"Sorry to hear about Mel Gibson’s divorce. Somehow Oksana is being linked to Mr. Gibson, but there are no emotional ties between the two that I am aware of," the statement from Kolesnikova’s rep reads. "Oksana has in the past entertained Mr. Gibson with her piano music as he dined at the Polo Lounge at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Yes, I definitely welcome the opportunity to set the record straight, our Oksana is not romantically involved with Mr. Gibson."

Inside Angie, Brad & Jen’s Game of ‘He-Said, She-Said’

While Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie went through their red carpet paces as king and queen of the red carpet at the Golden Globes awards ceremony in L.A. on Jan. 11 — kissing, cuddling and demonstrating their affection to the benefit of peers and fans — the ex Mrs. Pitt, Jennifer Aniston, spent the first awards show weekend of 2009 conspicuously out of sight, stepping out only to attend a Beverly Hills charity fund-raiser for Feeding America on Jan. 9.

But while the trio may go out of their way to avoid each other in public, they seem to have no problem confronting each other head-on in interviews. Indeed, rather than refrain from the topic, Brad, Angelina and Jennifer seem obsessed with discussing their infamous Bermuda love triangle and each’s personal version of when Brad and Angie first hooked up. So, we gotta ask, Who’s telling the truth?

Brad, 45, is the most recent pot-stirrer. "What people don’t understand is that we filmed [Mr. & Mrs. Smith] for a year," he says in the Feb. issue of W Magazine. "We were still filming after Jen and I split up. Even then it doesn’t mean there was some kind of dastardly affair. There wasn’t. I’m very proud of the way it was handled. It was respectful."

Might want to check your calendar Brad! He and Jen, 39, announced their split in a jointly issued statement on Jan. 7, 2005, just days after they returned from their trip to Anguilla. But Mr. & Mrs. Smith wrapped principal photography on May 5, 2004! Re-shoots went well into the summer, but even they were completed long before Brad and Jen separated.

If Angelina, 33, was ever obtuse about her feelings on the matter, she cleared things up when she told the New York Times last Oct. 15, "Not a lot of people get to see a movie where their parents fell in love."

And then there’s Jen’s infamous quote in the Dec. issue of GQ in which she said, "I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss. That stuff about how she [Angelina] couldn’t wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool."

Friends Say Sienna’s No Home Wrecker

After incriminating photos of Sienna Miller and oil heir Balthazar Getty surfaced showing the two making out in various stages of undress in Portofino Italy, the press branded Miller a homewrecker, and claimed Getty’s wife was unaware of her husband’s tryst until she saw graphic paparazzi photos.

Now friends of the actress have jumped to her defense, telling the New York Post that Sienna was always under the impression that Getty was separated.

"She and Balthazar met through friends and he was already separated from his wife," one close associate told Page Six. In fact, when Getty announced in July that he’d split up with Rosetta, the mother of his four children, "he’d been sleeping on friends’ couches for six months."

Following the publication of the photos, Getty reportedly begged Rosetta to take him back.

But not so, says Sienna’s pal.

 

"The photos of Sienna and Balthazar on the boat in Italy? His mother and her mother were the ones sitting next to them. Balthazar is in LA with her now and he’s speaking to Rosetta and going to [his old address] to see his children. Sienna has been hanging out with his family all week," the friend said.

"It’s just annoying that all this misinformation is out there. He should’ve announced his separation a lot earlier than he did - she was always told he was separated. There’s no way she would ever get involved with another married man after Jude Law."
