Kim Cattall Splits with Boyfriend

Even with Bono, Bill Clinton, Jon Bon Jovi, Mariska Hargitay, Jimmy Fallon and Rachael Ray attending the Food Bank for New York City’s Can-Do Awards Dinner held Tuesday at Abigail Kirsch’s Pier Sixty at Chelsea Piers, Katie Lee Joel is the biggest get of the night amid rumors of her affair with designer Yigal Azrouel.
The usually chatty chef married to Billy Joel is rushed through the press area for the first time in her life.
“Sorry, we have to pull her,” the rep says as Katie dodges reporters.
It’s a much different scenario than my experience last month when Katie was promoting ScottsMiracle-Gro GroGood campaign. She shared a pointed life lesson with me.
“Just do unto others as they’ll do unto you,” Katie told me March 18. “Treat people the way that you want to be treated.”
Time changes everything, and at tonight’s Food Bank Can-Do Awards Mariska Hargitay is rejoicing after suffering a collapsed lung earlier this year. How is she feeling?
“Much better,” Mariska says.
Jon Bon Jovi is bashful about being honored tonight.
“It’s humbling,” the brown eyeliner-wearing rocker says. “It was difficult for me to accept it, simply because when you’re doing something out of the goodness of your heart for as many years as this whole foundation has been building houses, we really don’t look for the accolades.”
What does he have to say about the dead dolphin found outside his home?
“He was trying to cross the hill to get to the house,” he jokes. “He thought he was a Miami Dolphin, you know?”
Being in the presence of this New Jersey icon makes Rachael Ray weak in the knees.
“I sang every song into a hairbrush, and isn’t that the appropriate way to celebrate Bon Jovi?” the food host yuks.
How does the Dunkin Donuts pitchwoman – who didn’t get her free iced coffee that day — encourage others to eat healthy?
“It’s very easy to eat very well, and it’s getting more affordable, thank God,” Rachael says in her raspy voice. “If you like to eat healthy, buy locally grown, go to Farmer’s Markets – it’s the last bargain left in food — and if you want to feel better about eating pasta, my favorite food group, switch over to whole grain. It’s full of fiber and protein.”
Jimmy Fallon confesses his love for Fig Newtons and vanilla ice cream. “Yeah!” his jovial wife Nancy Juvonen says. “By the way, the other thing that’s fantastic is grape nuts and vanilla ice cream. I’m not kidding. You’ll flip out.”
We spot Alan Wyse, Kim Cattrall’s boyfriend, who dishes on his SATC love, and Gwyneth Paltrow’s BFF Mario Batali, who is wearing orange crocs.
Here is Helena Christensen, who broke her front tooth Monday. Ouch! Who is the cutest baby in Hollywood? “The cutest baby is not in Hollywood,” she says in her Dutch accent. “The cutest baby’s in my girlfriend’s belly over there.” Aww!
While Emeril Lagasse doesn’t watch American Idol, he does have a reality show in mind.
“My reality show is basically you get a bunch of celebrities, and you all get on a scale and you weigh them. Whoever weighs the most at the end of the show, at the end of the series, they win. Wouldn’t that be a cool series? Just eat galore.”
Psst. The very-married chef is crushing on Britain’s Got Talent dynamo Susan Boyle. Ooh!
“She seems like a pretty cool lady,” he tells me.
Kim Cattrall’s Foodie Romance

Kim Cattrall and her Canadian chef boyfriend Alan Wyse hope to take a European vacation this summer.
“We love to eat, go to vineyards and see great art,” the chef, 28, tells me. “Europe has great art. America does too. We like history. Architecture is fun.”
The couple, who have been dating for three years, call Paris a favorite. “It has beautiful restaurants and food,” he says.
With a chef for a boyfriend, Kim, 51, is getting five-star treatment.
“She loves everything I make. She loves steak and she made a soup and grilled cheese. She also likes it when I cook her fancy French meal for her. She loves it all.”
What’s Kim’s best asset?
“Her personality is great. She’s very low-key. She’s very intelligent and she loves great food, so it makes my life that much better that she loves great food.”
Stars Primp For ‘Sex And The City’ Premiere

Sarah Jessica Parker sparkles at the Sex and the City: The Movie premiere held at Radio City Music Hall in NYC.
“The best part of doing this movie is being back with my best friends again,” she tells reporters. “The sexiest part about tonight is being with you — and all those people.”
The massive crowd gathered across the street certainly deserves the love. Umbrellas perched, the devotees wait through a fierce downpour – and every single woman is dressed up just like Carrie Bradshaw herself. Talk about an ego boost!
While Kim Cattrall strikes a cute pose alone, Kristin Davis and Cynthia Nixon dash into the theater together.
The girls’ significant others fly solo. After posing for photos, Sarah Jessica’s super-sweet hubby Matthew Broderick climbs over the velvet rope and slinks off the pink carpet. After all, this is her night to shine. On the other hand, Kim’s chef boyfriend, Alan Wyse, chats it up. Cynthia’s girlfriend, Christine Marioni, enters an hour earlier. She’s wearing a beige men’s suit!
Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson, who plays Carrie’s assistant, makes a pit stop. She has really slimmed down. Impressive! What did she love about the show? “They talk about real things that we all go through.” And, what does she think about the new American Idol David Cook? “I love David Cook but I felt Archuleta should’ve won,” she says. “At this point, they’re both the bomb.”
Fergie, whose tune Labels And Love is the theme of the movie, shows off her engagement bling. How many carats? “I’m not telling,” she jokes. “Guess.” What’s the story behind the song? “It’s a love triangle between fashion, friends, plus love.” Wait, where’s fiancé Josh Duhamel? Home sick! : (

What was the sexiest part of making the film? “We got to do it so many times,” Chris “Mr. Big” Noth says.
David Eigenberg can’t believe this movie was made. “I’ve been on the record saying this day would never, ever happen, and it has. I was wrong! Happily I can admit I was wrong.”
Jason Lewis is thrilled to be back with the cast. “It was fun,” he says. “I actually had everyone out for a barbeque. It’s always family.”
Willie Garson, who plays SJP’s gay best friend, slides through. “I love cosmos,” he says.
Donald and Melania Trump make their entrance. Ivanka’s stepmom confesses she loves the SATC style, and Donald says the flick is “great for New York.” … Oh, there’s Jerry Seinfeld and wife Jessica waving. Hi guys! … Idina Menzel is thrilled to be here tonight. … Get this: Destiny’s Child’s Michelle Williams says she’s holding a Sex and the City viewing party, like millions of women around the world. … Donna Karan gives a thumbs up when asked if the SATC women inspire her fashion. …
Lauren Bush, with much older boyfriend David Lauren, won’t talk about cousin Jenna’s wedding, but says she’s well-rounded like Carrie. Emmy Rossum also gives a shoutout to Carrie. “She’s effortlessly cool,” she says. Whoa. Dean Winters loves Carrie, too. “I was Carrie’s **** buddy, so I’m biased. She’s my favorite.” … Surprise, surprise. Lydia Hearst is a Carrie girl. “Every girl in her life goes through heartbreak and hard work and has to overcome obstacles,” she says. “She is definitely the strongest of the characters.” Meanwhile, Lil’ Kim says Samantha is her type. Yep!
It’s showtime. My friend Doree and I are in row Q, a few rows behind Sarah Jessica, Kim, Kristin and Cynthia. Oh, look, there’s Mario Cantone! The movie is great. Get this: On the way out, we bump into Gilles Marini, who is taking photos for revelers. (Spoiler alert: He’s Dante, the guy with the hot shower scene.) How funny. Kim Cattrall a Beatle?

In the 60s, the Fab Four were the Beatles, and in the 2000s, it’s…the girls of Sex and the City?
In Kim Cattrall’s mind, it is.
The actress says fan reception and excitement during the filming of the big-screen adaptation of Sex and the City had her feeling like a rock star.
“It was click right back into place but what was different was that there were fans everywhere on both sides of the street [while filming] and they were screaming,” she tells Extra. “I felt like I was one of the Beatles.”
The movie hits theaters May 30, and having seen the final cut, the Emmy nominee finds no fault in the finished product.
“It has ten fingers, ten toes,” Kim exclaims. “It’s all perfect!”
Also perfect is her personal life. The 51-year-old, thrice-divorced actress has finally found happiness in her chef beau, Alan Wyse, 28, and doesn’t care what everyone’s saying about her.
“At this age that I’m at, I feel very happy with the choices that I’ve made,” she says. “I don’t think the white picket fence was for me. That doesn’t mean there’s anything wrong with a white picket fence but I would’ve jumped over it long ago.”
The only jumping Kim is doing these days is to exercise — only because of her boyfriend.
"I have a great guy at home who cooks," she says. [But] I have to work out even harder because he lies about not putting butter in [the food]!"
