Justin Timberlake doesn’t seem to need any help when it comes to his career, but if he ever needs a fall back, the folks at Saturday Night Live say they’ll give him a shot!
“If his music career goes into the crapper, we will definitely get him an audition,” SNL’s Jason Sudeikis tells OK!. “No freebies, everybody had to audition. He may choke in the audition process.”
Justin, 28, who’s been one of the show’s most popular hosts – especially with his memorable music video collaborations “Dick In A Box” and “Mother Lover” with SNL’s Andy Samberg, has impressed some of the show’s biggest stars.
“He’s got the chops!” SNL regular Fred Armisen tells OK!.
The singer also made an impression on creator Lorne Michaels.
“I think he’s great at it,” says Lorne, who admits there’s one thing standing in the way from asking Justin to make comedy a fulltime gig. “I don’t think he could afford to be a regular!”

Justin Expresses His Sketch Comedy Dreams

With parts in films like Alpha Male and Black Snake Moan, pop superstar Justin Timberlake has managed to put together a respectable resumé of on-camera roles. But it’s actually JT’s goofball hosting gigs on Saturday Night Live that he loves the most.
"It really is an amazing forum to throw creativity at the world," Justin tells Entertainment Tonight in an interview set to air Friday night. "I really do adore the writers and the cast. It’s the best $5,000 you can make!"
JT found himself so caught up in the creative spirit while prepping for last week’s appearance as SNL host that he and Andy Samberg were inspired to crank out their latest digital short — the raunchy ode to Mother’s Day, "Motherlover" — in only a couple of days. "We sat together Tuesday night and wrote the song," he recalls. "And Thursday we recorded it."
Looking back on his career path, Justin says that he can imagine himself having at least tried to go the sketch comedy route. "If I wouldn’t have been lucky enough to have the profession I have, I probably would have gone through [improv comedy troupe and school] Upright Citizens Brigade and tried to become a cast member on SNL," he tells ET.
Jessica Biel Raves About Justin’s Motherlovin’
May 11th, 2009 / Author: OK! Staff
As you’ve probably already seen, Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg teamed up once again this weekend to create another hilarious video for Saturday Night Live. This time, the "Dick in a Box" duo lent their unique musical stylings to a tune called "Motherlover," which has the two fellas talking about how they each plan on romancing the other’s hot mom.
So how does JT’s super-sexy gal-pal Jessica Biel feel about all this hyper-sexed tomfoolery? “I think he killed," the actress tells Extra. "I think he just killed it. So good."
The normally private Jessica also opened up about what she and Justin like to do in their private time. “[We] love to go to the theater. Love to go and enjoy Central Park especially when the weather is nice. And I love to go to dinner late because we don’t do that in L.A. very much because kitchens close at 10."
If you’re the one person who hasn’t seen it yet, here’s the now-infamous "Motherlover" clip:

VIDEO: Justin Timberlake’s Bizarre Mother’s Day Gift
May 11th, 2009 / Author: OK! Staff
Looks like Justin Timberlake and Andy Samberg have done it again.
This time, the duo who bought you the ultimate romantic gift suggestion with their video for "Dick in a Box," have reunited to share their thoughts — and a lot more — in their latest Saturday Night Live clip, which aired for the first time this past weekend.
In a bizarre — and somewhat stomach-churning — celebration of Mother’s Day, the thoughtful lads have ditched their infamous boxes and are showing a little bit of love for the mothers of the world… well, more specifically, each other’s mom.
That’s right, Justin and Andy offer to romance the other’s mother, played by Hollywood hotties Susan Sarandon and Patricia Clarkson.
Justin was so proud of the video that he and girlfriend Jessica Biel at Lucky Strike Lane’s Luxe Lounge in NYC, where they were joined by SNL star Kenan Thompson as well as Gossip Girl couple Blake Lively and Penn Badgley.

Andy Samberg to Host MTV Awards
March 16th, 2009
Get ready for some good old-fashioned potty jokes – Andy Samberg will be hosting the 2009 MTV Movie Awards on May 31.
"I’m super excited to host the Movie Awards," the Saturday Night Live funnyman says in a statement. "I grew up watching the show and a lot of the past hosts are heroes of mine. Plus my friends and I were writers for the show prior to working at SNL, so it will be a sweet and satisfying homecoming. I can’t wait to act really important."
While we’re hoping for a little you-know-what in a box action with his pal Justin Timberlake, let’s hope his pants remain completely clean during the show.
VIDEO: Justin’s Racy New SNL Clip

Even though he’s not performing in the clip, Justin Timberlake made yet another memorable performance on Saturday Night Live with a cameo appearance in the latest video clip from SNL cast-member Andy Samberg, the eloquently titled, "J— in My Pants."
The mock music video, which really shouldn’t be watched by anyone under the age of 16 — or anyone with a weak stomach — features the pop superstar as the unlucky janitor at a grocery store where actor Jorma Taccone makes a… well, a mess, in aisle 3, after talking to sexy cashier, former Sopranos star Jamie-Lynn Sigler.
The video also features model and actress Molly Sims as the object of Samberg’s affection.

Mark Wahlberg: Still Not Laughing
October 17th, 2008
Watch out, Andy Samberg, Mark Wahlberg’s coming for you!
Over a week after Andy’s "Mark Wahlberg Talks to Animals" skit aired on Saturday Night Live, the Max Payne actor is still harboring some rather violent feelings toward the comedian over his impersonation of him.
On last night’s Jimmy Kimmel Live, Mark let it all out in an expletive-laced response to the skit.
"Did you think that was funny?" Jimmy asked, after showing a clip from the bit.
"You now what, when I see that kid, I’m gonna crack that big f—ing nose of his," he said, keeping a straight face and picking at his shirt and tie. "That’s what I’m gonna do, and then I’m gonna tell him, "Say hi to your mother for me."
Come on Mark, tell us how you really feel!
"You now what, I don’t play that s–t," he began, before launching into his full anti-Andy rant. "I think I’m gonna get on a plane tomorrow, I’m gonna to go to New York, I’m gonna to 30 Rock or wherever the f—k they shoot that show – he probably doesn’t have a dressing room so I have to find him in the cafeteria or whatever – and I’m gonna slap him in the big nose. You guys watch, tune in, I guran-f—king-tee you. And then, instead of me forgiving him, I’ll ask him to forgive me."
"That’s just how Jesus would have doe it," joked Jimmy, seeming slightly uncomfortable.
"Exactly," agreed Mark.
Watch Mark get steamed below the color:
