Jeremy Jackson’s Sex Tape: “I Was Blackmailed”

September 4th, 2008

These days it seems like you’re nobody until somebody releases a sex tape with you in it. Add Jeremy Jackson, aka David Hasselhoff’s TV son Hobie on Baywatch to that growing list of random celebs doing the deed on film.

The 28-year-old former child star issued a statement to TMZ.com, claiming that he was forced to hand over the steamy film he made with porn star Sky Lopez.

"Listen, this video was made by my best friend," Jeremy tells TMZ in the statement. "Between me and a casual sex partner who just so happened to be a former porn star. I was later physically threatened if I didn’t turn the DVD over to some drug addicted thugs."

According to Jeremy, the unnamed bad guys lied and said Sky wanted the tape back because she’d turned to God.

"So I gave it up for HER and so they would not beat me up and ‘make my life hell’ as they had threatened. I was blackmailed. This private recording becoming public kinda sucks. But I thought people out there should know the truth and how far some people will go to make a quick buck," he concludes.

We want to know what the Hoff thinks about all this!

The Hoff Deals With Rejection Too

July 23rd, 2008

As a judge on America’s Got Talent, David Hasselhoff is the man dishing out the "no"’s and breaking contestants’ hearts, but don’t think he likes rejecting and passing judgment on people on national television.

"It’s terrible to have to say ‘no,’" David tells Parade.com. "But, you know what I try to tell [them]? ‘Even if I say no, I’m actually doing you a favor because it’s a rough, brutal town. And when you get out in front of people, sometimes you only get one shot.’"

The Hoff definitely knows what he’s talking about, having been on the receiving end of many headshakes that could have or would have altered his career and threw him in a "tailspin."

"The first was when I was up for Indiana Jones and Steven Spielberg turned me down," David reveals. "The next came when I was up for Superman and they passed."

The latest burn for the 56-year-old was when he pitched his iconic Knight Rider as a revamped series for NBC. The Peacock dug the idea, but not all of it.

"They said, ‘We love the project, but we don’t think we want you starring in it,’" he says.

After the 2-hour pilot received respectable ratings in February, NBC ordered it as a series, which will air Wednesdays at 8:00 p.m. this fall.

Don’t think there’s any bad blood between David and the net though — he made a cameo as Michael Knight.

"I’m still part of it because I love NBC and I love the show," he says.

Visit the Hassel Castle!

June 16th, 2008

Michael Jackson has Neverland. Victoria and David Beckham have Beckingham Palace. And David Hasselhoff has…the Hassel Castle?

"I’m looking to buy a castle — I’ll call it the Hassel Castle," the actor tells AOL.

The not-so-humble abode won’t just be for kicks — David hopes to hold concerts there now that he’s revitalizing his music career. He’s currently working on his new album, The Romantics, with Broadway composer Frank Wildhorn.

"I have such an affinity for his type of music: big, beautiful ballads," he says. "No matter what mood I’m in, no matter what press is out about me, I put on these songs and I feel good."

Between the Hassel Castle, his disc, being a dad to daughters Taylor, 18, and Hayley, 15, and judging America’s Got Talent, it’s hard to believe The Hoff can find time for anything else. But, alas, he does — the 55-year-old may guest star on NBC’s upcoming Knight Rider series and has even bigger plans (and hopes) for his other landmark series, Baywatch.

"It’s kicking around over at DreamWorks, but I don’t know what’s going to happen with that," he says. "A while back I tried to buy the rights because I wanted to do Baywatch the Musical. It would have been fantastic! But they’re idiots … they’re all idiots. Corporate people only think of dollars and cents."

The Hoff is Out of the Hospital

April 24th, 2008

After spending a few days in the hospital to treat an open wound above his eye, David Hasslehoff is out of the hospital, and looking good as new!

The Baywatch king was reportedly spotted on Wednesday wearing a bandage over his left eye and happily chatting away on his cell phone.

The Hoff checked himself into UCLA Medical Center last weekend after the wound above his eye began bleeding. He originally had something removed from the area, but somehow the cut came unstitched on Saturday.

Reports that Hasslehoff checked into UCLA for rehab were immediately denied by his publicist.

Hasselhoff Taken to Hospital

April 22nd, 2008 / Author: OK! Staff

A rep for actor David Hasselhoff confirmed in a statement Monday night that the America’s Got Talent judge had indeed been taken to the hospital over the weekend, but that rumors he’d entered rehab were false.

"He’s fine. He had something removed," the Hoff’s publicist Judy Katz told the Associated Press, though she would not confirm what exactly had been removed from the area around the actor’s eye.

According to Katz, the multitalented star was admitted into UCLA Medical Center on Saturday and is expected to be home soon.

David Hasselhoff, Ex-Wife Settle Divorce Terms

April 18th, 2008

The Hoff must cough up some dough!

David Hasselhoff has agreed to pay $25,000 a month in spousal and child support as part of his divorce settlement.

Per court documents filed on Thursday, David will pay ex-wife Pamela Bach a monthly stipend of $21,000, while their daughters Taylor, 17, and Hayley, 15, will receive $4,000.

The two share joint custody of their daughters and will also share joint ownership of their San Fernando Valley home. As for their possessions, the couple will divvy up their cars, bank accounts and the former Baywatch star’s pensions from acting and directing guilds.

David and Pamela divorced in 2006 after 16 years of marriage. Last May, the 55-year-old actor, a recovering alcoholic, was temporarily banned from seeing his daughters after a video surfaced of him noticeably drunk .

Brooke Burke Has a Boy

March 6th, 2008 / Author: cwillett

Brooke Burke and actor-fiance David Charvet are the proud parents of a baby boy.

The actress gave birth to a son on Wednesday, March 5 in Los Angeles.

No name has been released yet.

The tyke, who weight 6.5 pounds and measured 20 1/4 inches, is the second child for the couple, and the first boy and fourth child overall for Brooke.

Brooke has two daughters, Neriah, 7, and Sierra, 5, with ex-husband Dr. Garth Fisher, and 13-month-old Heaven Rain with David.

Blogging throughout her pregnancy on her site Baboosh, the 36-year-old revealed she was placed on bedrest last month in preparation for the birth.

"Being on bedrest has actually forced me to slow down, be still and look inside me a bit more than usual," she wrote. "I have actually enjoyed the quiet moments I have been forced to take to connect with my son."

Brooke and David, best known for his stint on Baywatch, have been engaged since August 2006.
