Benji Madden was spotted visiting a medical building in Beverly Hills on Tuesday. Wonder if he was visiting his brother Joel Madden’s girlfriend Nicole Richie while she is being treated for pneumonia? Maybe Uncle Benji needed to help take care of his brother’s children while Nicole recovers!

Working in close contact with Buzz Media Inc., Nicole will share exclusive videos, photos and news, and showcase her fashion line of jewelry, House of Harlow 1960. The site will also be tied to her work with Richie Madden Children’s Foundation.
"I have always wanted my own online destination to share my experiences and I’m grateful to have this opportunity to connect with people in meaningful ways," said Nicole.
Just today Nicole wrote: "Joel, Benji, and I along with UNICEF held a fundraiser for the Tap Project at MyHouse in Hollywood. It was such an amazing evening. Earlier that evening, Joel and Benji appeared on Larry King Live to talk about TAP. The rest of our family watched from home and I took some pictures of them on TV."

Benji Madden Not Kissing This Girl

Katy Perry might like singing about kissing, but when it comes to real life, this playful songtress was quick to dismiss rumors about cozying up to Benji Madden on Valentine’s night in Las Vegas.
“Oh kittens! It’s two pseudo famous people sitting next to each other… doesn’t mean we were bumping uglies!" she writes on her blog after witnesses tattled on the cuddly twosome.
“You know I don’t just do that with anyone! That’s just how the media works, as you can tell. I was there celebrating a really fun show and a boozy Valentine’s with all my good friends. We were like a group of 25!”
So who does Katy’s heart really belong to? Well for starters, the jet-setting singer, who revealed she’s currently in Monaco, wants to trade in her travel time for a certain (very taken) Hollywood golden boy.
"I wonder if you can cash in frequent flyer miles for a boyfriend rather than just dinners and gift certificates for Starbucks? ‘How many miles for Brad Pitt, pls?’ ”

Romantically speaking, it hasn’t been a great few months for either <a href="http://okmagazine.com/search/madden" target="_blank"><strong>Benji Madden</strong></a> or <a href="http://okmagazine.com/search/perry" target="_blank"><strong>Katy Perry</strong></a>. He and <a href="http://okmagazine.com/search/paris" target="_blank"><strong>Paris Hilton</strong></a> flamed out right before Thanksgiving last year and Katy’s relationship with Gym Class Heroes dude Travis McCoy was a yuletide bust.
So perhaps it’s appropriate that these two single and ready-to-mingle musicians were together for Valentine’s Day.
According to witnesses inside Las Vegas club LAVO inside The Palazzo, Katy and Benji, along with a combined entourage of 20 or so, arrived en masse on Saturday night.
"Katy and Benji sat together and chatted closely," one insider tells <em>OK</em>!. But, perhaps to throw off any romance rumors, Katy grabbed the microphone from DJ Reach and hollered to the crowd, "Screw boys, we got girls!" as her hit "I Kissed a Girl" played.
So did she mean it? "They were with friends but you could definitely tell they were on a date!" says the insider. "There wasn’t any public making out but they were very ‘friendly’ with each other."
Audrina & Benji “Definitely NOT Dating”

Despite a small gossip item that ran today reporting that Benji Madden and Audrina Patridge had "upped" their friendship to "relationship" status, the star of The Hills says that’s just not true, and took to her official site to dismiss that rumor herself.
"I’m getting a lot of calls today about a story that ran in a New York paper saying that I am now in a ‘romantic’ relationship with Benji Madden," Audrina writes on her blog about Paris Hilton’s ex. "I find it highly amusing, since I haven’t seen him since December. I think Benji is a sweetheart and we’re good friends, but we are definitely NOT dating! Just wanted to clear that up!"
Makes sense, since when OK! recently asked Benji if he was dating, he replied, "I’ve just been working. I’m great. I can’t complain. I have a great life, I’m working, I’m happy."
Benji Madden Definitely Over Paris

During the DirecTV Celebrity Beach Bowl in Tampa, Florida, Good Charlotte twins Joel and Benji Madden celebrated Super Bowl Sunday with, what else? parties!
The night before, Benji spent most of his time behind the turn tables at the Models and Bottles party, where he was joined by another celeb DJ, Samantha Ronson and girlfriend, Lindsay Lohan!
The on-again, off-again couple was rumored to have gotten into yet another public argument, but Benji tells OK!, "They’re great. We’ve known Sam for a long time and they’re great girls." Benji added that when it comes to his DJ-ing skills, "Samantha gives me tips. She’s been DJ-ing a lot longer."
Then there’s that near run-in with Madden’s ex-girlfriend Paris Hilton, who showed up as a celebrity guest at the Models and Bottles party. The two, have not been spotted together since their break-up, spent most of the night on opposite sides of the room.
When asked if he’s dating, Benji told OK!, "I’ve just been working. I’m great. I can’t complain. I have a great life, I’m working, I’m happy."
Benji’s brother Joel Madden also has a reason to be happy. His daughter with Nicole Richie, Harlow, just celebrated her first birthday.
"She’s great, she’s doing everything a 1-year-old does," he told OK!, adding that his relationship with Nicole works because "we love and support each other."
