    Los Angeles Police Chief William Bratton was on a southern California radio show Friday morning, where he had some choice words for Britney Spears. The L.A. County Commissioner wants to pass new legislation that would protect attention-hog celebutants from the Paparazzi. But "Britney's Law" , which claims to curb over aggressive paps, is not going over well with the city's police chief. On this morning's 89.3 KPCC-FM Radio with Pat Morrison Bratton said: "What we need is for Britney Spears to stay home instead of traipsing all over town. That would solve the problem.
