Cosmetic surgery doesn’t always go smoothly. Just ask Bruce Jenner, who found that operations he had in the ’80s eventually began to make his face look not quite the way he had hoped it would.
Recently, the former Olympian and step-dad to Kim, Khloe and Kourtney Kardashian decided to put the botched job right, and turned to surgeon and skin-care specialist, Dr. Garth Fisher for help.
Not only is Dr. Fisher a family friend, but the all the Kardashian girls — including their mom, Kris — already swear by his CellCeuticals Biomedical Skin Treatments, of which Kim says: “I am in love with how these products have changed my skin!"
Here — with Bruce’s blessing — he tells OK! how they gave Bruce his looks back.
OK!: What made Bruce finally decide to fix the previous surgery and come to you?
Well, I guess he talked with his family; you know and decided that he wanted to remove a few wrinkles and move forward.
What did you do to fix the previous surgery?
He had some older techniques used and maybe done at too early of an age. I just wanted to tighten up his jaw line, his neck, move the tissues back up to the cheek area, because he’s got great cheeks and try to improve the quality of his skin.
We didn’t operate on his nose, eyes or lips.
What was wrong with the first surgery that he did?
What happens a lot of times is that people take their face lifts and surgeons will pull them back, instead of back and up. And sometimes they pull them too hard.
How do you fix that?
With facelifts, what you really want to do is have everything in harmony where it looks like it goes together. And if you just operate on one part of the face a lot of times it’s like walking in a room and painting one wall and the rest of them stand out.
Was it difficult trying to fix a botched surgery and pervious work?
It’s always difficult to do secondary surgeries; it takes a lot of time.
How do you think the look turned out?
You know what I was really happy about it and he’s really happy about it too.
What does his family think of the new look?
They loved it. They really thought it looked great.

Kim K Reveals Stepdad’s Plastic Surgery

Kim Kardashian recently said that someone in her family would be getting plastic surgery on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, and many guessed it was her stepfather, Bruce Jenner, who’s already had some work done. Now Kim is revealing not only that it is him, but the reason behind his decision to go under the knife again.
"Twenty five years ago, Bruce was ill-advised by a doctor to have a partial facelift and a nose job. Unfortunately, the result wasn’t what Bruce had hoped for and for years since then he has been the victim of cruel taunts from the media," she writes on her blog.
So instead of getting more done to satistfy his vanity, Kim says he just wants to undo the damage the other doctor performed.
"Since he’s turning 60 in October, Bruce felt it was time to correct the mistakes made by the previous doctor so he went to a new doctor for a second facelift. The results are amazing! Bruce looks better than ever and he is extremely happy with the result."

Brody Jenner: “I’ve Always Been the Underdog”

Given his famous good looks and gold-medal genes — his father is Olympic legend Bruce Jenner — it’s hard to imagine a world in which Hills star Brody Jenner considers himself an "underdog," but the young hunk told OK! that’s precisely how he feels.
“I’ve always been the underdog because I dropped out of college at a young age,” Brody revealed to OK! in Atlantic City this weekend, where he was hosting the Saturday night party at Mixx at the Borgata Hotel & Casino. “I got flack from my stepdad [songwriter and producer David Foster] for doing that, but I wanted to be a musician, that’s what I strived to be.”
And considering his stepfather has worked with such giants of the music world as Celine Dion, Barbara Streisand, Mariah Carey and Michael Jackson, Brody wasn’t going to get a free pass to pop stardom. “My stepdad used to yell at me all the time, ‘What are you doing; get a job.’”
Of course, while it’s not music, Brody certainly has found himself quite the gig on MTV’s The Hills, which has just been renewed for a fourth season. And while he really wanted to share some spoilers with OK!, his better sense got to him and he opted to stay quiet about tonight’s season finale. And as for LC’s much-hyped "life-changing decision" that is the rumored highlight of tonight’s show? Brody claims ignorance, saying, “I didn’t even know about that!”

Brody Jenner’s New(lywed) Crush

OK! has learned that Brody Jenner, former paramour of both Nicole Richie and Lauren Conrad, has ambitions on a new blonde — Jessica Simpson.
The pair have both been in Manhattan this week and have both been frequenting the same hotspots like The Box and Tenjune, where the Princes of Malibu star was openly asking around for Jess’ contact info.
However, it seems that the 24-year-old’s affection for the former Mrs. Nick Lachey might be a one-way street. Because, despite the fact that Brody is telling friends he scored the Blonde Ambition star’s digits, an OK! spy says, “Jessica didn’t even acknowledge him.” Jess’ rep also tells OK!, "This is not true."
Don’t think that caused the renowned partier to sulk. The next night at a party for Lucid Absinthe at the Back Room, he was seen hitting on one of the blonde model fairies, who happened to only be wearing body paint.
And as Brody’s dad, Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner, recently told OK!, he isn’t worried about his son finding a lady. "Brody is doing just fine in the love department."
