Yes, Ellen Pompeo did just have a baby two weeks ago, and yes, she does look quite fantastic for having done so. Ellen and hubby Chris Ivery both had that post-baby glow about them as they celebrated the launch of Adidas Originals by Originals Line at the Adidas store on Melrose Avenue in L.A. on Wednesday night.

Congratulations to Grey’s Anatomy star Ellen Pompeo and her hubby Chris Ivery, who announced over the weekend that they’re expecting their first child together!
The good news was confirmed to Eonline.com by a rep for the 39-year-old star, who married her music-exec beau in 2007.
And you can expect that Chris will be heavily involved in the preparations for the little one. When OK! recently spoke to Ellen about how the couple keeps their relationship fresh, she explained, "We never try to be apart — we go everywhere together… I think that if you marry someone you’re madly in love with, then that’s all that matters."
After the news broke, Ellen was photographed shopping at a West Hollywood Whole Foods with a barely-there baby bump:

Ellen Pompeo: Love Is All That Matters!

There may be turmoil on the set of Grey’s Anatomy, but life at home couldn’t be sweeter for the show’s Ellen Pompeo, 39, and her husband Chris Ivery.
"We never try to be apart — we go everywhere together," the actress tells OK!. "I think that if you marry someone you’re madly in love with, then that’s all that matters."
The actress admits she doesn’t know how some people do long distance relationships, but credits pal and Grey’s co-star Katherine Heigl with making hers work.
"Josh Kelly [Katherine's husband] is on tour all the time and they have to navigate that," she says. "I think it’s probably very tough for them."
Pompeo’s infamously tiny frame has been the subject of scrutiny in the past, but these days the actress says she stays fit with a rigorous workout plan and healthy diet.
"I have a trainer, I do strength work, stretching, endurance and boxing," she says. "I don’t eat much junk food. I try to eat six small meals a day."
Pompeo credits her healthy eating to long hours on the job.
"I try to stay away from sugar while I’m shooting," she says. "On weekends I eat what I want. If I eat a Dove Ice Cream bar I feel great, but then I want a nap because I crash from the sugar. If I have to work and memorize my lines until one in the morning, I can’t be taking a nap!"
