VIDEO: Zac Efron Talks About Condoms… Again

If you’re a parent trying to figure out how to have "The Talk" with your kids, Zac Efron has the answer.

Apparently the secret is that, when you raise the issue of condoms, you have to put a bit of "passion" into it.

The High School Musical actor who, recently revealed his mom stuffed his Christmas stocking with them, told E! Online that David Ephron’s chats about contraception really stuck in his head because he had been so animated on the subject.

"I just feel like my dad, at one point, had that conversation with me and my little brother, and always delivered it very well. He was very passionate about it."

The star of 17 Again, said that he thought his dad’s patter was so cool that he based parts of his character in the movie — in which he plays a forty-year-old in a 17-year-old’s body — on him.

Zac added that, despite having pulled out of the remake of Footloose, he will return to the genre that made him a star.

"I’m not done with musicals. I love them so much. It’s just, at this particular moment, I think it’s time to change it up. I gotta shake things up to keep it interesting for me. I don’t want to be stagnant."

Zac Efron’s “Being Sexual”

Zac Efron might play a squeaky clean teen in the High School Musical movies, but this 21-year-old heartthrob is definitely a grown-up, even if his mom just figured that out.

 

After a picture of him and girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens seemed to show them in a sex-toy shop, his mom had a surprising reaction.

 

“My mom is like, ’Zac, what did you buy in a sex shop?’ " he tells Elle magazine." ‘I was like, ‘Mom, calm down, it’s not a sex shop.’ She wouldn’t have any of it."

 

Instead of lamenting her son’s lost childhood, Zac says his mother was surprisingly supportive.

 

"She’s like, ‘I knew you were being sexual!’ But she understood. My stocking was full of condoms this Christmas. She buys me the economy box.”

 

Although he might be an adult, Zac still looks up to his elders, including mega famous actor Leonardo DiCaprio, whom he sat next to at a Lakers game recently.

 

 

“We talked the whole game, and he was just everything I thought he would be: smart, levelheaded, charming, hilarious," he reveals. "You know, the older-brother vibe. That sounds so cheesy.”

 

You say cheesy, Zac, we say adorable.

Miley Asked To Be Face Of Condom Company!

She may be underage and have sworn never to try casual sex. But one company still thinks that Miley Cyrus is the "obvious" choice to be the face for their brand of condoms!

In fact, the LifeStyles contraceptives company say they’ve offered the Hannah Montana star, who has said she will not have sex before marriage, a $1million to be the poster-girl for their range.

"Pop culture proves that teens are more ready than ever to discuss the subject of sex," said the company’s VP of marketing, Carol Carrozza.

 

"We believe that Miley is both influential and relatable to this afflicted set — and is the obvious choice to get the message of safe sex out to teens across America."

But Miley’s people say they’ve never received an offer from the company — and they definitely will not be lending Miley’s name to the brand.

"We never received an offer, nor would she consider the offer," her rep told E! News.

 

The last time a celeb endorsement offer got knocked back that quickly was when Viagra asked Simon Cowell to be their poster boy!
