Billy Ray Likes Miley’s Beau!

Most fathers wouldn’t look kindly on their 15-year-old daughters dating a 20-year-old underwear model, but Billy Ray Cyrus doesn’t seem to have a problem with his daughter Miley Cyrus‘ new man.
Billy Ray seems to have a soft spot for 20-year-old Justin Gaston, who’s rumored to be dating the tween sensation, although the elder Cyrus says they’re just friends and that Justin is great company for his daughter.
"He is a great guy, a really talented guy," Billy Ray said of Justin, who wasn’t at Disneyland this weekend for Miley’s early 16th birthday celebration.
The "Achy Breaky Heart" singer reportedly introduced the youngsters to each other, after Justin was a finalist on his show Nashville Star. The young couple have had tongues wagging ever since: attending church services togther and as OK! reported earlier, texting up a storm.
“Justin and Miley are constantly texting each other,” a friend of Justin tells OK!. “They text things like, ‘I miss you so much,’ and ‘I can’t wait to see you.’ It’s all very cute and lovey-dovey. Justin also thinks highly of Miley’s opinion — he’s thinking about getting a tattoo and was asking her for ideas."
The young beau has also moved all his clothing from Louisiana to L.A. to be closer to Miley, says the source, adding, "He also said to expect to see Miley coming by the house more often.”
Miley Gets Head Start on 16th Birthday

Even though she doesn’t actually turn 16 until Nov. 23, pop superstar Miley Cyrus got a jump on the celebration over the weekend when she — and a group of 5,000 or so of her closest pals — took over Disneyland for a private party.
"This is the most amazing sweet 16 that a girl could have!" The Hannah Montana star said about the bash, where the birthday girl also performed a brief, four-song concert for the crowd. "My parents shut down Disneyland for me, so I’m good for a while."
In addition to the thousands of fans, who each paid $250 for the opportunity to party with the soon-to-be 16-year-old, a host of big-name celebrities, including American Idol runner-up David Archuleta, Tyra Banks, Cindy Crawford, Steve Carell and many others were on hand for the event.
More important for Miley than all the celebrity guests was her boyfriend, 20-year-old Justin Gaston, who not only showed up for the party, but also joined his gal-pal’s dad, Billy Ray Cyrus and sister Brandi, onstage to sing Billy Ray’s hit, "Achy Breaky Heart."
Disneyland to Host Miley’s ‘Sweet 16′

Where else would Disney’s darling, Miley Cyrus, celebrate her sweet 16 than at the Happiest Place on Earth?
According to ET, Disneyland is throwing the Hannah Montana star a lavish, "once-in-a-lifetime" birthday bash on Oct. 5. The private party will also include some deserving young people from Youth Service America, who’ve been making a difference in their communities.
Miley’s fans will also have the opportunity to join in as well! A limited number of $250 tickets to the event–"Miley’s Sweet 16–Share the Celebration," go on sale on August 30 at 9 a.m.
