Apparently Boca Raton thinks Pete Wentz and Fall Out Boy are the kind of act that really throws down, as they’ve banned the band from performing in the city.
A statement from the city reads: "There have been known disturbances associated with one of the bands, ‘Fall Out Boy.’ We anticipate that the concert will generate security challenges."
(Life is full of challenges, we say, but hey, it’s their city.)
"I’m not sure what these ‘challenges’ are that they are speaking of," says Fall Out Boy manager Bob McLynn. "The town said that if we tried to keep the show on we would have to pay an extraordinary amount of money in extra costs."
No worries for the fans, however; the show will be relocated to Pompano Beach Amphitheatre on the same date, and all ticket to the original show will be honored.
Fear not <a href="http://okmagazine.com/search/Ashlee" target="_blank"><strong>Ashlee Simpson</strong></a> fans – the rumors of the demise of her marriage are grossly exaggerated.
Last week, the New York Post set tongues wagging when it reported that the singer and her husband, Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz, had… well, fallen out.
The paper claimed that an insider had told them, "He is going out all the time and she’s stuck at home. It’s just not working."
But while big sis Jessica Simpson’s marriage to Nick Lachey bit the big one after four years, it looks like marital meltdowns don’t run in the family.
At least, not if Pete and Ashlee’s antics during the Australian Video Music Awards on March 27 are anything to go by.
The pair – whose first child, Bronx Mowgli, was born in November – took the stage in front of thousands of people, and shared a huge smooch. "Sorry, we haven’t seen each other in a while," Ashlee told the crowd, adding, "We’re going to find a quiet place to fornicate."

Fall Out Boy is paying homage to their fans and the citizens of Springfield when they perform their rendition of The Simpsons theme song during the end credits on Sunday, Jan. 25.
The band, which includes new dad Pete Wentz and named after the sidekick of Simpsons character Radioactive Man, will play their own rendtion of the iconic theme song originally composed by Danny Elfman.
Emily Blunt will also lend her voice to the episode, titled "Lisa the Drama Queen," playing Lisa’s equally academic and creative new friend Juliet.
Fall Out Boy’s performance coincides with the band’s nationwide tour set to kick off this April.
Less than a week after Pete Wentz went on Howard Stern’s radio show and blabbed about his sex life with wife Ashlee Simpson, the new dad decided to share more of his personal life with fans, revealing that Simpson was none too pleased at his loose talk.

During a recent Fall Out Boy show, Wentz told concert goers that Ashlee gave him quite the lashing for publically dishing on their sex life, informing him, "I’m going to pay you back a**hole".
A brief recap: Pete told Howard Stern that the first time he and Ashley had sex, "It was the single best sexual encounter I’ve ever had. We were in the Soho Grand Hotel, and there was a mirror, and I was like, ‘Oh my God, you’re banging the girl of your dreams and you’re watching it right now.’ "
He also revealed that Ashley loves to give lapdances and, in another interview on Monday, revealed that he has tasted her breast milk, describing it as "soury" and "weird."
