LC Hires Acting Coach for Family Guy

April 21st, 2009

She may look like she’s got the acting thing down pat on her reality show The Hills, but Lauren Conrad is the first person to admit that acting isn’t her thing.

In fact, for an upcoming episode of Family Guy (in which she guest stars) the starlet tells OK! she had to hire an acting coach!

"I hired an acting coach for the day to get me through it because a lot of the lines later on in the episode that I did are very complicated," she tells OK!. "There are a lot of facts and big words, and I had to say it as if it was coming to me very easily— instead of just reading them. I actually had to research some of them!"

Luckily for Conrad, her acting coach saved the day! "My coach that I was working with told me if I really understood what I was talking about, it would come through a little more true."

Very true, LC, very true!

Catch Lauren’s guest appearance on Fox’s Family Guy when it airs Sunday, May 3!

Eliza Dushku’s Family Guy

March 10th, 2008

Unlike many young Hollywood actresses, who flaunt their new relationships in public at any given opportunity, Eliza Dushku has managed to keep her love life private — even her relationship with former beau, baseball player Brad Penny, was something she rarely commented on.

Now OK! has learned that the 27-year-old beauty, most famous for her role as Faith on the hit TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer, has recently started dating Seth MacFarlane, the oddball genius behind two animated Fox hits, Family Guy and American Dad.

"They met through mutual friends," a source close to the new couple tells OK!. "They’re enjoying each other’s company so far. He makes her laugh a lot and she really enjoys good laughs and good conversation."
