In the latest edition of What in the World is She Thinking? Pamela Anderson was spotted out and about in Miami this weekend, partying hard and locking lips with Stephen Dorff (remember him—of Blade "fame"?).
According to an eyewitness, Pam and Stephen were "making out" in the lobby of the Fontainebleau on Saturday night, before heading to a party to celebrate the Baywatch babe’s Ocean Drive cover.
"She went to Blade for dinner, where she flashed her boobs," an insider tells OK!, before heading up to pose on the red carpet with David LaChapelle and PETA head Dan Mathews at LIV.
The partying continued until the wee hours, with Pam drinking Lucid Absinthe until 4am and running around South Beach with Stephen, including a stop at nightclub Mokai. Her night on the town didn’t end until Sunday morning… with a new man on her arm!
"She walked back into the Fontainebleau at 11am the next morning with a young sexy guy, wearing her clothes from the night before," the source tells OK!.

PETA is often accused of going to extreme lengths to spotlight their campaign for the humane treatement of animals. But now their efforts may have paid off.
Gwyneth Paltrow is offering a public apology to the organization after they criticized her for wearing fur in her Tod’s campaign photos. In August, PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) released a statement that said, "Gwyneth Paltrow won’t be the apple of her daughter’s eye if she continues to flaunt fur."
While in Miami last weekend for the opening of the Fontainebleau Hotel, Gwyneth told PETA vice president Dan Mathews, "That was awkward, and I’m glad you asked, because I do not wear fur at all."
The Oscar winner continued, "It was a day-long photo shoot on a boat near Capri, and there were all sorts of poses behind and draped a stole around my shoulder. I didn’t pay much attention to it and when I noticed it was fur, I assumed it was fake fur, but did not ask, so it’s my fault. I was very surprised when they ended up using that one shot out of hundreds for the centerpiece of the Tod’s ads. I know it’s not a great excuse, but I hope you and your members understand."
Gwyneth, a known vegetarian, reportedly also told Mathews that she and her family avoid meat because they "know it’s the best diet for us and our kids, and of course, for animals and the environment."
