Since their split in 2008, Guy Ritchie has watched his ex-wife Madonna take on an entirely different persona. The Material Girl has swapped London for New York, and exchanged her British ex for a 22-year-old, Brazilian Jesus Luz, but the film director admits “I still love her.” Read more »

Madonna Denies She’s Handing Off Kids to Guy
April 30th, 2009 / Author: OK! Staff
Looks like pop superstar Madonna isn’t too happy about a report in UK tabloid The Sun that claims she and ex-husband Guy Ritchie have reached a deal that would give him the kids for three months this summer while she’s off on her extended concert tour.
And what does a celebrity of Madge’s stature do in this day and age? Heads straight to Twitter.com, of course…
Using the account of her close friend and business partner Guy Oseary, Madonna struck out, not at The Sun, but at Perez Hilton, who wrote about the story on his site.
"@perez hilton what is this rubbish about me dumping my children off for the summer while Im on tour? They go where i go. -M"
Perez quickly responded by posting her denial. And rather than be upset for being called out or try to pick a fight with the singer, he wrote, "Madonna talked to us! AGAIN! We still do a happy dance every time!"

Gwyneth on Best Pal Madonna
February 26th, 2009
What could homebody Hollywood mom Gwyneth Paltrow have in common with the ever-controversial Madonna? Well, Mrs. Chris Martin herself explains to OK! that what bonds her to best bud Madge is the Material Girl’s ability to always pull through, even in the darkest times.
“She’s been through everything. And she’s a real survivor," Gwyneth told OK! at Wednesday night’s gala charity event for Bent On Learning. "Every problem that I’ve had, she’s had ten problems worse that dwarf my problems."
The two stars have been close friends for a decade, with Paltrow publicly supporting Madonna through her break-up with former husband Guy Ritchie, and the ensuing romance with then-married baseball hotshot Alex "A-Rod" Rodriguez.
"She’s a very interested, caring woman," Gwyneth says about her pop star pal. "She’s pretty great. She’s Madonna and she comes with all this stuff but she’s pretty incredible.”

All Ice On Madonna at Oscar Party
February 23rd, 2009 / Author: OK! Staff
Our guess is that Madonna thinks a recession is when you have to do your session again.
Because while the rest of America is cutting back, the superstar — who was last troubled by money problems when Reagan was president — piled on diamonds like sprinkles on a sundae for Oscar night.
Reminding us all why they call her the Material Girl, OK! has learned that she showed up to last night’s Vanity Fair post-Oscar bash wearing millions of dollars worth of Neil Lane jewelry, including:
• A black and white diamond chain with 500 carats of the shiny stones
• A diamond bangle with 25 carats of diamonds and platinum
• An onyx and diamond bracelet with 50 carats of diamonds
• A pair of diamond pear shape earrings of 20 carats each
• A square diamond and onyx ring
Then for her own private party — not wanting to skimp on diamonds — Madge strapped herself into a cross and chain with 100 carats of diamonds, bracelets with 50 carats of diamonds, long diamond earrings worth 1 million dollars and a huge diamond and platinum ring.
Something tells us that her $76million divorce settlement with Guy Ritchie hasn’t got her buying own-brands at the supermarket quite yet.
Guy Ritchie’s Reshooting Woes
February 18th, 2009
All seemed to be going well for Guy Ritchie after his divorce from Madonna – he was seen out and about palling around with his Sherlock Holmes stars Jude Law and Robert Downey Jr., and looked pretty happy.
But now Britain’s The Sun is reporting that all is not well in the land of movies for the director. The man behind RocknRolla was seen "fuming" after being told he had to reshoot five weeks’ worth of scenes for his Sherlock Holmes flick. Studio chiefs at Warner Bros. apparently told Guy that one scene was even "ridiculously unrealistic."
One insider tells the paper that the big divorce from Madge distracted Guy on set. Now, call us superstitious, but this definitely sounds like the Curse of Madonna! Hopefully the director can bounce back, as the source adds, “It’s disastrous news, but Guy has promised to fix it.”
