It was a battle of the barely relevant on Wednesday night as recently incarcerated Girls Gone Wild entrepreneur <a href="http://okmagazine.com/search/francis" target="_blank"><strong>Joe Francis</strong></a> came thisclose to getting into a fight with reality beefcake <a href="http://okmagazine.com/search/brody" target="_blank"><strong>Brody Jenner</strong></a> at Hollywood club MyHouse.
According to a report on <a href="http://www.celebuzz.com/joe-francis-brody-jenner-no-s91151/" target="_blank">Celebuzz.com</a> and confirmed by <em>OK</em>!, the two C-listers got into a heated discussion after Jo-Jo was rude to the gaggle of gals hanging with Bro-Bro, especially the Bromance hunk’s girlfriend Jayde Nicole.
An eyewitness tells Celebuzz that Joe appeared to be deliberately knocking into Jayde and after a while, Brody felt compelled to step in. At that point, the source claims that Francis looked ready to slug Jenner.
That’s when club security stepped in and had Joe booted.
Joey boy confirmed that he and Brody had gotten into a "verbal altercation," but — claims it was all a case of a girl gone wild.
"[Jayde] tried to start something," he told Celebuzz. "She says I knocked into her. So [Brody] comes up to me and starts yelling at me. I literally thought he was kidding."
Mario Lopez is a Mama’s Boy

Mario Lopez, with a little help from some of his famous friends, is clearing the air about some of those stereotypes he’s been painted with over the years.
Labled a player, ladies’ man and the ultimate bachelor, Extra’s new host has also had his share of solid relationships, including a marriage to former beauty queen Ali Landry.
But now, in a new E! True Hollywood Story set to air Friday night, Lopez reveals he’s not exactly what people have made him out to be, dishing on everything from where he and Landry went wrong, to what he really wants out of life.
"To cut through all the other bulls**t and all the other stuff, here’s the thing: Ali is an amazing woman, great person. She’ll always have a special place in my heart," Lopez says. "Just didn’t work out with us. I mean, everybody’s been in relationships where it hasn’t worked out, but you know, we were both young and sometimes people just get along better as friends."
At the time, rumors about the break-up focused on Lopez’s philandering eye. One of the former Saved By The Bell star’s pals says the boy can’t help it!
"The girls swarm. It’s absolutely amazing," says friend and Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis. "It’s like when you throw chum in the water and the sharks feed."
When Mario appeared on Dancing with the Stars, his partner was the sexy pro-dancer Karina Smirnoff. Soon after the show began, people started whispering that the two were a couple. Indeed, the pair took their partnership off the dance-floor, but Lopez pal Shanna Moakler says Smirnoff didn’t fall for him right away.
"She really challenged Mario. Where some women were just kind of enamored by Mario and just kinda look at him, Karina’s not afraid to say who she is. She’s an international world champion. She’s a star," says Moakler. "So she was like, ‘I don’t know who you are.’ And Mario, I don’t think, was used to that kind of, you know, that kind of personality, and I think that really intrigued him."
The couple broke up last summer, but the two dated for nearly two years. Mario’s close pal and Desperate Housewives star Eva Longoria-Parker defends him, saying, "He’s a mama’s boy, loves his mom. His mom is one of the most important things in his life. He looks like the fun guy that goes out and dates women and he’s not. I think the biggest misconception is that’s he’s this playboy and that’s he’s going to be the ultimate bachelor, and that’s not what he wants. He’s wants a family and he wants a wife."

Warrant Issued for Girls Gone Wild Creator

Girls Gone Wild founder and former Paris Hilton b.f.f. Joe Francis is wanted for arrest after he failed to show up at a hearing for a tax evasion case.
An L.A. court issued a bench warrant for Francis on Monday. He was supposed to show up to the hearing, which was set to deal with a request from Bernhoft Law Firm to withdraw as Francis’ legal counsel.
U.S. District Judge S. James Otero issued the arrest warrant when Francis failed to show up for the hearing, said Thom Mrozek, a spokesman for the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
Francis became a multimillionaire by selling videos of young women baring their breasts, usually at parties with free-flowing alcohol.
He faces up to 10 years in prison if convicted in the tax evasion case, which was filed in 2007 by authorities in Nevada but transferred to L.A. because that is where he lives.
He is accused of claiming more than $20 million in bogus business expenses.
The tax trial is due to start in March.
Joe Francis on How Ashley Dupre Went “Wild”

As the world awaits the release of Girls Gone Wild DVDs featuring call girl Ashley Alexandra Dupre, Joe Francis reveals all the scandalous (and not-so scandalous) details of the aspiring singer’s week in Miami when she got down and dirty for his cameras.
“She seemed like any other spring breaker who was having a good time,” Joe tells Extra. “She drove down from North Carolina…We took her in on the Girls Gone Wild bus.”
What transpired then was “very innocent… nothing pornographic.” Claiming to have more than seven hours of archived footage from that 2003 trip, Joe says Ashley is captured doing a variety of different Girls Gone Wild activities, from man on the street to modeling nude.
“It’s done very well,” he says. “It’s really good stuff. I think she looked her best.”
The 34-year-old, who just served time for tax evasion, had originally offered a million dollar deal with Ashley to appear in GGW when the Eliot Spitzer scandal broke, only to learn that he already had copy of the 22-year-old in action.
“Her attorneys were demanding more money, [so] I said, ‘Has anybody checked to see if we had shot her’… We had!” he says.
Since then, Ashley’s attorneys have fought with Joe over the release of the footage as Ashley was under 18 at the time of filming. However, laws in Florida allow women under 18 to be filmed and Ashley flashed a very convincing fake ID to GGW producers.
“[She] shows an ID that she’s 21 and uses a fake name and signs a release and gives permission and actually says that she wants to be on Girls Gone Wild… our normal release process,” Joe says. “She was around so long that the camera man kept in touch…as little as six months ago Ashley and our camera man were in contact.”
That can’t be said anymore as Joe shares Ashley and her legal team have been MIA in recent weeks.
“She really has kind of vanished and it just makes me wonder if she’s getting paid off or taken care of by Spitzer’s friends, which is really what I’m inclined to think after getting certain e-mails and correspondences.”
Joe plans to offer two free DVDs with the premiere Girls Gone Wild magazine issue, out April 22, including Ashley’s Hooker Gone Wild.

Francis to Release “Hooker Gone Wild”

Ex jailbird and Girls Gone Wild founder, Joe Francis, broke details on Friday of his plans to release DVDs featuring N.Y. call girl Ashley Dupre on E!’s Chelsea Lately show.
The first installment of the series, to be called Hooker Gone Wild, will be distributed for free as a "special insert" inside the Girls Gone Wild magazine — due out April 15.
Francis told E!’s Chelsea Handler that he plans to release a series of seven DVDs as part of the new Hooker Gone Wild series. "We could release it on the Internet, but the problem with the Internet, even if we’re charging, it’s out," said Francis. "Everybody sees it for free regardless, and we didn’t want to charge for it. So, we’re going to give it away."
Dupre, most known at the moment for bringing down N.Y. governor Eliot Spitzer, appears on seven Girls Gone Wild tapes, which were shot in Florida back in 2003. Francis, who received some pressure from Dupre’s attorneys because she allegedly was 17 in some of the videos, said, "I walk out of jail from scandal into scandal. We met Ashley five years ago when she was thrown out of the Chesterfield Hotel by her friend. She happened to get picked up by the Girls Gone Wild bus, we took her aboard and she lived aboard the bus with our crew for a week. She had nowhere else to go."
