Lindsay & Josh Get Serious

Lindsay Price may have finally found a keeper in How I Met Your Mother’s Josh Radnor. The Lipstick Jungle star, 32,–who divorced producer Shawn Pillar in 2007 and has since been in a revolving door of relationships–and Josh, 34, showed up together at the Jan. 20 Svedka party at Guy’s in L.A. where they were inseparable.

"They were laughing so hard and cracking each other up," a fellow partygoer tells OK!. "They looked happy and were constantly touching."

As for this couple’s future? They’re looking to swap coasts and try living in NYC for a while. "He’s following her to fashion week–they’re really happy!" says the insider.

 

Speaking of fashion, Lindsay may want to watch her back at fashion week! A stage manager has been charged with stealing $30,000 of designer bags and clothes from the set of the actress’s show Lipstick Jungle and trying to sell them on eBay. The loot included 16 coats, bags and suits by Prada, Gucci, Fendi and Dolce & Gabbana.

It really is a jungle out there!

Dollar Signs for How I Met Your Mother

The cast of CBS’ How I Met Your Mother, Neil Patrick Harris, Josh Radnor, Jason Segel, Cobie Smulders and Alyson Hannigan just signed deals with 20th Century Fox TV to raise their salaries, garnering them between $90,000 and $120,000 per episode, due to the show’s solid ratings and popularity, according to reports.

 

That might not sound like a lot (remember Friends stars nabbing $1 million per episode?) but in these tough economic times, any raise is still a raise.  The raises represent between two and three times their previous salaries.

 

Fans of HIMYM will also be happy to know that the show has added an extra year on to the actors’ original contracts of seven years. 

 

Lindsay Price’s New Man Moves In

Looks like Lindsay Price is finding a good use for her free time since her NBC show Lipstick Jungle went on hiatus.

Not only has she found herself a new man, but friends tell OK! that he’s "basically moved in" after the whirlwind romance!

Lindsay, 32, has been quietly seeing How I Met Your Mother star Josh Radnor, 34, for a few months. The two met in 2007 when she guested on his CBS sitcom

“They’ve always been interested in each other but the timing wasn’t right,” Lindsay’s
pal tells OK!.

Now it is. “He basically moved in," says her pals. "All his stuff’s there. But it’s a very new relationship.”

This is Lindsay’s first big relationship since her split from hubby of four years, Shawn Piller, creator of TV hit, The Dead Zone.

The couple divorced in 2007 and has been playing the dating game until things started getting serious with Josh.

 

Meanwhile, Lipstick Jungle has been given a reprieve after rumors that it would be canceled.

 

Because the ailing show’s ratings shot up 50% after it was moved to Friday nights, NBC boss Ben Silverman has said that the network "may" commission more episodes people continue to tune in.

Britney’s Comeback Plans

Gone are the pink wigs, ratty hair and fake british accent the world has come to associate with Britney Spears. In their place, a fresh faced, natural brunette who has been reporting to work, making regular visits with her sons and seems, in general, to be focused on taking her life back.

On March 24, the once reigning pop star made a highly anticipated cameo appearance on the CBS sitcom How I Met Your Mother. Her performance was so good, she managed to wow not only the audience, but her co-stars as well.

"The only thing scandalous about this is how un-scandalous it all is," says HIMYM co-star Josh Radnor, of Britney’s appearance on the show.

Playing Abby, the nerdy receptionist, the bit part is just one of the baby steps the singer seems bent on taking to get back in fighting form. As she begins to rediscover herself, she seems to also be rediscovering her love for dance.

In addition to teaching kids at Millennium Dance Complex, the singer has been rehearsing alone, stopping in for two hours at a time to learn a chair routine for her new song, "Hot as Ice." Sources say Britney may even want to open her own dance studio in the future and is considering The Dome, a 25oo sq. foot section of Millennium, currently closed.

Even Brit’s father, Jamie Spears, seems to be loosening up on his rules — a bit.

"Britney is addicted to driving," an insider tells OK!. "Initially, her father wouldn’t let her drive at all, but he knows how much she loves it and it calms her, so he’s softened the restriction. He now lets her toodle around the block in her gated community."

Neil Patrick Harris Dishes on Britney’s New Role

The news of Britney Spears‘ upcoming appearance on How I Met Your Mother shocked not only the public, but the show’s stars as well.

"I was shocked that Madame Spears was willing to come and do some acting! She hasn’t acted in a while," Neil Patrick Harris, who plays the womanizing Barney, tells Entertainment Tonight.

Nevertheless, the Emmy-nominated actor thinks Brit would do well on the sitcom with her "very interesting role." Confirming early reports that the 26-year-old is playing a worker at Ted’s (Josh Radnor) doctor’s office, Neil provides a tad more detail.

"She plays the secretary to another girl that Ted is after," he says. "It will be very unlike any Britney we have seen before, and we have seen a lot of Britney recently."

But don’t expect to see a lot of Britney on set. Because the CBS hit films on a closed set, the 34-year-old doesn’t expect to deal with the swarm of paparazzi that follows the pop star everywhere.

However, he does consider the idea that the onslaught of paps and her year-long erratic behavior are not at all what they seem to be.

"What if she shows up on set and she is absolutely, totally normal and that whole thing has been a big ruse? She is smoking a cigarette and [says], ‘Oh yes, it is all a big bit. I have a master plan.’"

Mandy Moore’s a Good “Fake” Kisser

Mandy Moore makes a sizzling guest appearance as a tattooed bad girl who woos the newly single Ted (Josh Radnor) on the season premiere of How I Met Your Mother tonight. But all was not comfortable on the set during filming — Josh tells OK! at the CBS fall season party that those make-out sessions the two had to share were more than awkward.

“It was very odd because we immediately had to be making out — I mean, immediately because we’re making out in about half the episode, so it was kind of like, ‘Hey, nice to meet you, so glad you’re doing this and…,’ ” Josh says, miming a lusty kiss. “And then there’s 80 people watching, so it’s actually not very romantic.”

Still, Mandy was game. Josh smiled, “She went for it! She’s a good ‘fake’ kisser.”

Someone else was game too — co-star and Emmy nominee Neil Patrick Harris, who plays the womanizing playboy Barney on the hit sitcom. The actor is openly gay in real life and jokes to OK!, “While they were kissing I kept trying to just poke my tongue in there. They kept stopping me.”

The second season of How I Met Your Mother premieres tonight at 8 p.m. on CBS. Keep an eye out for another musical guest star — Enrique Iglesias!
