Although Britney Spears‘ blog on her official site yesterday announced that her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James would be joining her on her Circus tour, ex-husband Kevin Federline’s lawyer says not so fast.
"We are working toward that," K-Fed attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells E! News. "There can be an agreement reached in probably the next day, but there is not an agreement that is signed yet."
The agreement they’re moving toward will allow Britney access to her sons similar to her current arangement—around three days per week—with Kevin accompanying his sons to areas like New Jersey, New Orleans and L.A., locales Britney can easily visit while on tour.
"Kevin is working to make them accessible by going on various central locations in various areas of the country, and he is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful," says Kaplan.
Don’t expect to see Sean and Jayden rocking out to mommy’s tunes or copying her dance moves from backstage, however – they most likely won’t be attending her performances.
"I don’t think the kids will be at venues. They will be available in her life when she is done with the rigors of performing," Kaplan explains.
As for K-Fed’s new girlfriend, Victoria Prince, how will she feel about her man following his successful, pop star ex-wife around the country? Kaplan says the couple haven’t decided whether or not Victoria will be accompanying Kevin.
"I don’t even know if they know yet, but she is a very solid person and they are really great together," says the attorney. "She is very solid, responsible and [has had a] very positive effect."

Watch your back, K-Fed! Steve-O, the outrageous, tattooed star of the Jackass movies has his targets set on a new career — rapping! And Steve-O’s first order of business is declaring war on Britney Spears’ ex-husband, Kevin Federline!
“I’m officially challenging K-Fed to a rap battle," Steve-O tells OK! about the diss track calling out Brit’s baby-daddy on his upcoming album, Hard as a Rock. "It’ll be just like that scene from 8 Mile!”
“I know that K-Fed has his ‘acting’ career and all, but if he’s a real man, he’ll step up and battle me!”
Some of you with keen memories may recall a very brief time in 2006 when K-Fed attempted to launch a career as a hip-hop star with his solo debut, Playing With Fire, which was released one week before Brit filed for a divorce from Kevin and which yielded such hit songs as… well, no hits actually.
Let’s just hope Steve-O’s album fares slightly better.

K-Fed Celebrates TV Debut

Among those millions of viewers who caught Kevin Federline’s debut on One Tree Hill last night was K-Fed himself.
Sources tell OK! that the 29-year-old threw a bash at his Tarzana, Calif., home in honor of his small-screen success.
“He had a bunch of friends over to celebrate and watch his TV debut on One Tree Hill,” a source tells OK!.
Guests included Kevin’s bodyguards, record producers, his studio engineer Zach and other close friends, who dined on take-out and pizza during a viewing of The Last King of Scotland before the 9 p.m. broadcast of the episode. When the minute hand neared the hour, the former rapper made sure his biggest fans were present — sons Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1.
"Kevin went upstairs and brought the kids down to play beside him," the source says. "He said to the kids, ‘You wanna see daddy on TV?’ And the kids were excited."
When his name appeared on screen, the room erupted in a loud cheer, the source adds, but support soon turned into teasing as, halfway through the episode, Kevin still hadn’t graced the screen as Jason, the lead singer of a rock band discovered by aspiring record label owner Peyton Sawyer (Hilarie Burton)..
"They joked, ‘Are you sure they didn’t just use your name to boost ratings because of all the BS BS (Britney Spears b.s.) and you ain’t really in it?’"
But before long, Kevin finally appeared on screen rocking out, and immediately "grabbed Sean Preston and pointed at the screen saying, ‘Look - daddy!’ and Sean responded, ‘Daddy!’ As soon as Jayden heard Sean speak, he responded, ‘Dada’ and he clapped repeatedly," the insider says.
While his sons were proud of their daddy, Kevin was overcome with self-consciousness at his appearance, asking, "Do I look a little chubby?", to which his friends admitted he was carrying a little belly weight. (Remember the camera adds 10 pounds, Kevin!).
"You could tell Kevin was very anxious as to what his friends thought," the source says. "Everyone had in the room commended him on his performance. He asked if that image worked for him. One of his friends responded with, ‘If the music is hot, it does not really matter what you look like. You fans will love you.’"
However the praise may have just been out of consideration — one partygoer felt his performance was "kind of weak," but refrained from saying so as to not burst his bubble.
