She’s one of Hollywood’s most acclaimed actresses, but growing up, Kate Winslet thought her chances of making it in the movies were slim. “I was fat,” Kate, who weighed nearly 200 pounds as a teen, tells the December issue of Vanity Fair. “I didn’t know any fat famous actresses. I just did not see myself in that world at all.” And that feeling has stayed with the 5-foot-6 star through adulthood. “Once a fat kid, always a fat kid,” she says.
