Ending a relationship with Brad and then getting together with Leo? Some people have all the luck!

Luxe watch brand TAG Heuer, which has until recently had the pleasure of having Brad Pitt as their spokesperson, has just signed up Leo DiCaprio as a special ‘environmental ambassador.’

The committed green campaigner has signed a three year deal to work with the brand to promote environmental issues.

"TAG Heuer is a strong brand with a proven commitment to doing good," Leo said, via a press release from the company.

"It is a great day when a company as respected as TAG Heuer explores a different way to do business - selling products and giving back at the same time.

"I’m very excited to start this new partnership, and look forward to a long relationship with TAG Heuer," added the Revolutionary Road actor.

Before him, Brad has been a spokesman for the Swiss company, which is owned by LVMH Moet Hennessy Louis Vuitton, for the last six years.

Katie’s Co-stars Miss Her Already!

January 12th, 2009

As Katie Holmes disappeared into the night sky after her final performance in Arthur Miller’s All My Sons yesterday, her co-stars told OK! they’re going to miss her company — and her talent.

And it sounds like the feeling is mutual! When she made her way out of the Gerald Schoenfeld Theatre for the final time with daughter Suri in her arms, OK! asked Katie if she had loved being a Broadway star.

Looking like she was still on a high from a standing ovation from a packed house, Katie beamed, "Yes!"

3rd Rock from the Sun’s John Lithgow who has starred opposite Katie as Joe Keller, since the show opened in September, told OK!, "We’ll all miss Katie. Everybody adores her — any of us will tell you that."

Meanwhile, Dexter actor Christian Camargo, who played Katie’s character’s brother, George Deever, said that he had loved getting to know her — and her superstar husband!

"She was amazing to work with — the integrity, the work ethic," he told OK!.

"I can’t wait to work with her again."

"Tom was our number one fan," he added. "He came and saw the show 25 times!"

Christian told us that after an emotional farewell after the curtain fell on the five-month stint, the close cast had given the Dawson’s Creek star gifts to remind her of her first major theater run.

"Mainly sentimental things," he explained, "like pictures of her experience, scrapbooks - all stuff to symbolize her debut on Broadway."

Theater veteran Damian Young, who put in a comic turn as a neighborhood doctor, told us he had been impressed with the first-timer as well.

"She was courageous; would try anything," he said. "We had a crazy rehearsal process with all these games and excercises, and she — like everyone else — dove right in. I’ll miss her."

Over the past couple of weeks, theater-loving celebs have rushed to catch their last chance to see the show.

Sex and the City
star Sarah Jessica Parker went on Friday Jan 9, and Broadway veteran Nathan Lane took in the penultimate performance on Saturday Jan 10.

Leo DiCaprio, Susan Sarandon and her husband Tim Robbins have all caught All My Sons in recent weeks, too.

Adrien Brody’s Very Public Display of Affection

December 3rd, 2008

Call us cynical, or maybe just realistic, but it was easy to tell which star couple at recent party in New York had been married for a while, and which had still to tie the knot.

At the party after the premiere for her new movie Cadillac Records, Beyoncé sat with hubby Jay Z, on one side of the room — about two feet apart — cheerfully bopping along to the music and chatting with friends and family.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the room the movie’s other star, Adrien Brody, was entangled with his fiance Elsa Pataky – barely able to stop kissing long enough to acknowledge anyone else!

Adrien must have suffered a serious dead leg, because Elsa sat on his knee most of the night with her arms wrapped around him.

"When they weren’t making out they were kissing each others noses or whispering in each others ears," said one slightly queasy party-goer. "It really seemed like Elsa was making the most of being with the star of the night!"

Joining them to celebrate the release of the movie, which follows the rise of the legendary Chess Records, were Leo DiCaprio and his buddy, Entourage’s Kevin Connolly, as well as Russell Simmons — who seemed rapt in conversation with Sports Illustrated model Marisa Miller.

Leo had called in to the shindig at Marquee after a screening of his own new release, Revolutionary Road and chatted to Kevin — who flexed his star muscle, making the security turn a blind eye while he smoked a sneaky cigarette in the trendy club.

Men of the Year

November 21st, 2008

Other than that I have a few British friends who are fans, I don’t really know too much about Russell Brand. I still haven’t seen “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” and after attending the MTV VMA Awards three times, I didn’t even watch them this year when he hosted the show. That said, when I met the comical British actor at GQ’s 2008 Men of the Year Awards at the Chateau Marmont Wednesday night, I didn’t have any expectations.

Our interaction began when I saw Russell being persuaded by a friend to leave the party still pretty early on. I only knew he was leaving because I heard him loudly exclaim/whine, “But I may never see her again!” I couldn’t help myself and told him he sounded straight out of a romantic comedy. He corrected me and said, ‘It’s more of a Checkhov play.” Within a few minutes of idle banter and introductions to a circle of my friends he awkwardly put his hand in my wine glass. When I gave him a reactive odd look he said, ‘”I was putting sex drugs in your drink.” That provoked an even odder look leading him to say, “No, no, I don’t do that, I would never do that, if I can’t charm a woman to have sex with me without drugs, I don’t deserve to have sex with her at all.” How chivalrous. But entertaining.

Elsewhere at the party…My friend was crushing on Matthew Fox, googled him on her new Blackberry BOLD and the picture she found was of him and the woman he was with – who turned out to be his wife. Next. Jimmy Kimmel was walking hand-in-hand with Sarah Silverman, it’s nice to see them together again. Leo, one of the ‘Men of the Year,’ seemed like he and not Mark Wahlberg was the inspiration for “Entourage,” sitting at a patio table chatting with Kate Bosworth while surrounded by his longtime pals Lukas Haas and Kevin Connolly. Jerry Ferrara was a few tables away with his made-on-HBO girlfriend Jamie Lynn Sigler and GQ’s ‘obsession of the year’ Megan Fox turned heads when she waltzed through with fiancé Brian Austin Green.

Second Chance Couples

October 22nd, 2008

If something’s worth doing once, it’s worth trying again. At least, that seems to be the way John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston feel about their relationship.

They split in August after an intense, four-month romance — but just couldn’t keep away from each other. Now they’re back on, and already look as close as ever.

The reunion was a shock to fans. But most of us have been there: even after a messy break-up, there’s always that moment when you think about about picking up the phone and calling your ex, just to see if you really did make the right decision.

But is it the smart move, or just a moment of weakness?

Here OK! takes a look back at the celeb couples who’ve gone back for a second shot at happiness, from Leo and Bar Refaeli to Nicollette Sheridan and Michael Bolton.

Find out which ones have made it stick, and which ones have just let themselves in for another helping of heartbreak.
