T.R. Knight: No Wedding Bells Yet!

Grey’s Anatomy star T.R. Knight, along with his boyfriend Mark Cornelson, stopped by the Love and Pride Ceremony at West Hollywood to help celebrate the progress in the gay rights movement.

 

Although rumors were running rampant that the two would tie the knot at the party, as of now, they remain just dating. But, T.R. tells OK! just what he loves about Mark, 19, "Everything!"

 

The actor, 35, revealed that although he believes in marriage he’s just not ready to take the leap. "We’ve only been together for six months," he told OK!. "I strongly believe in marriage though."

 

Mark got a little bit more specific about what he loves about his famous beau. "His humor. He’s romantic too," he told OK!.

 

He continued, "We just went to see Sex and the City and we both thought it was great. I’m a huge fan of the show. He never really watched the show but he really liked the movie. It was a great experience for us."

Rumor Mill: T.R. Knight to Wed?

Even though Grey’s Anatomy star T.R. Knight recently told reporters that he and boyfriend Mark Cornelson are "not having a commitment ceremony, " multiple sources are telling OK! the couple have every intention of getting hitched.

According to the whispers going around Hollywood, the 35-year-old actor, who was forced to come out of the closet in October 2006 after some on-set drama on the hit ABC medical drama, could say "I do" to his 19-year-old beau as early as tonight. Additionally, insiders tell OK! that the ceremony itself will be at a trendy West Hollywood hotspot.

"It’s going to be a big celebration," one insider says about the event.

T.R. Knight on Beau: “He’s Got a Great Heart”

T.R. Knight’s reel-life romance may be full of drama on Grey’s Anatomy, but in real life? Everything’s just dandy with new beau, UCLA student Mark Cornelson.

“He’s just an excellent human being,” T.R. gushes to OK! at the GLAAD Awards. “He’s got a great heart. Beyond that I don’t know [what makes our relationship work]. Ask him why he’s with me!”

Mark, 19, for his part, couldn’t really answer either, but reveals to OK! he loves the actor “to pieces” and relishes their movie dates and nights at home.

But those are separate homes! Contray to rumors, the lovebirds have not shacked up together, yet at least.

“That must be wrong information. Someone [else] just asked me that too,” T.R. says. “I bought a house this fall, actually before we started dating, so I don’t know how that happened.”

While their relationship is still in the early stages, the 36-year-old star is already looking to the future – which will most likely be filled with children.

“I wouldn’t rule [adoption] out at all. I think it would be adopting versus any other route. But yeah. I mean, there are a lot of kids who need homes.”
