Just two weeks after Howard K. Stern filed a claim against the late Anna Nicole Smith’s estate, another one of her ex-lovers has done the same.
According to a story on CelebTV.com, Mark “Hollywood” Hatten filed papers with the Los Angeles Superior Court earlier this week against the blonde bombhsell’s fortunes. If granted, Mark, who’s currently serving an eight-year prison term for threatening Anna, in addition to other things, will receive access to all of her finances.
This isn’t the first time the former flame has tried to stake his claim. Mark has already sued Howard, Anna’s estate executor, for $100 million.
Howard himself filed a claim two weeks ago, stating he is entitled to six percent of Anna’s estate, which could potentially balloon up to millions after distribution from her late ex-husband’s, oil tycoon J. Howard Marshall, riches.

Mark Hatten, a one-time boyfriend of the late Anna Nicole Smith, who is currently in prison for allegedly assaulting and threatening the former Guess model, is saying that he will be filing a $100 million lawsuit against her former lawyer and purported paramour Howard K. Stern.
According to a press release from Mark’s people, “Hatten alleges that his First, Sixth and Fourteenth civil rights were violated. Hatten has included conspiracy, slander, defamation of character, judicial fraud, malfeasance under color of authority, perjury, concealment of evidence and coercion of witnesses in this lawsuit.”
The statement also claims that in addition to Stern, six other as-yet-unnamed defendants will be part of the suit. “While Mr. Hatten will be released from prison long before this lawsuit is settled, he believes that justice will ultimately be served and that some peace will be restored to his life, even as he continues to mourn for both Anna Nicole and Daniel Smith.”
Mark isn’t the only member of the Hatten family caught up in the ongoing Anna Nicole saga. His sister, Janice, is the source for some of the more scandalous allegations in Rita Cosby’s new book on the subject, Blond Ambition.
