Miley Cyrus is in the business of making wishes come true! In celebration of "World Wish Day" last week, the 18-year-old singer partnered with the Make-A-Wish Foundation to give back to some of her biggest fans: 14 children with life-threatening medical conditions. Miley is gearing up to kick off her Gypsy Heart concert tour in Quito, Ecuador, but that certainly didn't stop the teen idol from having some fun with the eager group of wish kids, who were chauffeured in limos and flown “in style” across the United States and Austria to Hollywood!
