Bookstores get ready... Oprah Winfrey has picked another book to bless with her stamp of approval. This time, the book getting the "O" treatment, which automatically guarantees a huge spike in sales, is the 1982 novel Love in the Time of Cholera by South American novelist and Nobel laureate Gabriel Garcia Marquez.
