If the Jersey Shore cast members don't accept MTV's latest pay offer for the second season of the hit show they will be replaced — as soon as the end of the day — according to reports. Sources tell TMZ the network has warned the cast that if they don't accept MTV's deal by end of business on Monday, they will be let go. However, MTV has no compunction about replacing certain cast members and leaving others, depending on who accepts their new salary offer.
