A long day in the office put a damper on my first day of NYC Fashion Week festivities, but… Wearing one of my favorite Charlotte Ronson summer dresses, I did make it to the Charlotte Ronson show- despite the NYC cab strike! A percentage of the taxis in New York began an ill-timed two-day strike today in protest of navigation systems. I think these are the same systems that they agreed to when hiking their rates 30% last year, but since I don’t know the specifics I won’t debate it, but…I guess while the cabs are on strike the ones who are driving can make up their own rates.
