In a nice "Whew!" moment, TMZ reports that Heather Locklear's DUI case has been dismissed, and she's pled no contest to reckless driving instead, a lesser offense that will probably only lead to probation and a $700 fine. The Melrose Place star was arrested in September after a witness saw her driving erratically and called the police.
