Pam Anderson Returns to TV

Pamela Anderson is set to star in a new summer reality series, tentatively titled Pamela, on E!, the cable net announced Monday.

Following in the footsteps of Anna Nicole Smith, Pam will be the channel’s newest buxom blonde to give fans and viewers a peep inside her roller-coaster life.

"Pamela Anderson is one of the most captivating personalities in pop culture today," Lisa Berger, Executive Vice President, Original Programming and Series Development for E!, says in a statement. "E!’s cameras capture Pam’s fabulous adventures, emotional journey and all the surprises that come along the way. It’s going to be a wild ride."

Pamela will be slightly different from Anna Nicole’s eponymous show. Shot documentary style, the series, which will not feature the 40-year-old’s sons, Brandon, 11, and Dylan, 10, is determined to give off a raw and intimate feel to it.


"Pamela will be an artistically rich and visually stunning series," says Randy Barbato, Managing Director, World of Wonder Productions, which is producing the show. "The series will offer an unprecedented look inside the life of one of today’s most iconic superstars in the style of a uniquely shot documentary film."

Pam recently had her third marriage to Rick Salomon annulled.

Pam and Rick’s Marriage Annulled

The union between Pamela Anderson and Rick Salomon has been officially annulled.

According to TMZ, the Los Angeles County Superior Court declared the couple’s five-month marriage as null and void on grounds of fraud. Pam and Rick had each filed papers in the past month seeking an annulment citing fraud as the reason.

After initially filing for divorce in December, two months after their wedding – which was featured in the pages of OK! – the 40-year-old Baywatch babe sought an annulment last month while Rick requested the same just last week.

Neither explained further the reasoning behind the fraud allegation.

The two tied the knot in Las Vegas on Oct. 6. It was the third marriage for each, with Rick having been wed to voice actress Elizabeth Daily and Shannen Doherty, and Pam famously married to Tommy Lee and Kid Rock.

Pamela Anderson Can’t Make Up Her Mind About Divorce

According to papers filed over the weekend Pamela Anderson and her hubby of only nine weeks, Rick Salomon, have called it quits, with the Baywatch babe citing "irreconcilable differences."

However, the platinum-haired star is now saying on her Web site that, in spite of the divorce papers being filed, that she and Rick are "working things out."

Pam and Rick, who was also briefly married to Beverly Hills 90210 star Shannen Doherty before that union was ultimately annuled, were famously wed in a quickie ceremony on Oct. 6 at the Mirage in Las Vegas. And, just like her previous wedding, to Kid Rock, OK! had the exclusive photos and story.

"I’m having the best time of my life!" Rick told OK! following the wedding. Of course, maybe the fact that Pam had to leave the reception early to perform the second nightly show of her Vegas magic gig was a sign that this marriage was not exactly made in heaven.

Time will only tell if these two will truly be able to reconcile their differences.

Pam Slams Reality Show Report

Striking out at a report in Us Weekly, Pamela Anderson has taken to the Internet to strike down rumors that she and new hubby Rick Salomon will be shooting a reality show any time in the near future.

"I WAS considering…" the actress says in a diary entry on her personal Web site. "Only to promote and have people see what it’s like to create a show and be on stage starring in a big Vegas production.-(probably not happening anymore) not my family life. (Never my kids) I have to make a lot of big decisions. The choices I have to make now are about quality of life. And meaning. Not about money or fame for no good reason. I know I’ve made a lot of mistakes. But no regrets- Just living such a huge dream….I’m blessed. So many options. I can’t complain. I can be confused."

Of course, Pam and Rick were wed in a surprising ceremony in Las Vegas on Oct. 6 at the Mirage. The wedding came a little around a year after the actress’ brief marriage to Kid Rock ended.

Marriage Wasn’t Pam-tastic for Kid Rock

A year after his marriage to Pamela Anderson came crashing
down, Kid Rock admits that life with the former Baywatch babe wasn’t a day at
the beach. “Getting married was a ball,” the rocker tells TV’s Extra.
“Being married was a nightmare.”


Despite
the seeming unlikelihood that the pair would last and the bitterness that
surrounded their divorce, the “Amen” singer was pained by their parting after
only three months. “Yeah, of course you are hurt. Whenever you go through
a divorce and you are in love with another person, you are hurt.”


He admitted that he misses Pam’s two sons, Brandon and Dylan,
and understands the pain the boys must also have felt in the wake of the marital
mess. “The sad thing is there were kids involved,” he said. “They don’t make as
much sense of it as we do as adults.”


Kid had played the bachelor — and sometime brawler — since the split, but he tells Extra he wasn’t shocked that his ex re-tied the knot so quickly, sharing “I do’s” with Rick Salomon in Las Vegas in early October. “At this point in my life, nothing is really surprising.”

OK! Exclusive: Where’s Pam’s Wedding Ring?

While gossip sites have been crowing about possible trouble in Pamela Anderson’s
still-new marriage to Rick Salomon, pointing out that the Baywatch babe doesn’t appear to be sporting any of the usual wedding-related bling on her fingers. So OK! went straight to the source to find out what’s going on.

Turns out, Pam’s ringless finger isn’t a sign of ill-weather in paradise but, rather, a statement of the actress’s social consciousness. “Haven’t they ever seen Blood Diamond?” Pam, already an outspoken member of the animal rights movement, asks, referring to the 2006 Leo DiCaprio film, and to the global problem of diamond trafficking in general. “All I need is Rick around my finger.”

Tommy Lee & Kimberly Stewart: Going Strong!

His ex-wife just tied the knot for the third time, so could
wedding bells be far off for Tommy Lee too?

The rocker has been dating socialite Kimberly Stewart since
the summer and sources tell OK! this is way more serious than a summer fling.

“Kimberly Stewart and Tommy Lee are still going strong
and very happy together,” a source tells OK!.

While Kimberly, 28, has denied a romance with the
45-year-old Mötley Crüe drummer, their public displays of affection — which
include smooching and cooing “baby” to each other — suggest otherwise.

“They’re having a lot of fun hanging out at his house and just
kicking back,” the source says.

“I am finally fulfilled in my life in every area,” Pamela Anderson told OK! following her Oct. 6 nuptials to Rick Salomon. “I’m having the best time in my life.”

Friend and stylist Charlene Roxborough helped the Baywatch babe pick out her cream denim Valentino gown and vintage Neil Lane jewelry for the ceremony, which Pam described to OK! as “unpretentious and super-genuine.”
