Lindsay Lohan will not stand trial for DUI. The troubled starlet pleaded no contest to two counts of DUI. By doing so, she avoided a trial. She also pleaded guilty to two counts of being under the influence of a controlled substance — both misdemeanors. On top of this, she pleaded no contest to reckless driving charges. But, she will have to serve time. Since she’s a second offender, she must serve a minimum of four days.
