The young star, who hasn’t gotten himself in trouble with the law for about a year now, looked downright dashing on Thursday as he filmed scenes for the upcoming Oliver Stone flick Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps with co-star and rumored girlfriend Carey Mulligan.

Is Shia LaBeouf Breaking the Law?

Actor Shia LaBeouf was spotted riding around on a scooter in Sherman Oaks, Calif., on Friday, which wouldn’t be interesting except for the fact that the Transformers star had his license suspended back in January because he had refused a breathalizer test following the July 27 car crash that landed him in the hospital.
The suspension took effect on Jan. 17 and was to have lasted a year, but Shia was shameless about tooling around on two wheels yesterday.
