Angelina Jolie better watch out! It looks like the mom of six has some competition in the New York suburb the Brangelina brood currently calls home.
As Angie, 33, shoots the spy thriller Salt in NYC, Brad Pitt, 45, has become a regular at the school gates… and a housewives’ favorite!
“Brad drives the kids to school, so the moms have started dressing up to drop their kids off,” a local tells OK!. “They usually wear sweatpants, but now they’re all decked out.”
The proud papa is also a fixture in 2-year-old Shiloh’s classes at her preschool near the family’s rented mansion on Long Island’s swanky North Shore. “He sits in the corner of the classroom because Shiloh starts to cry whenever he goes,” a source tells OK!.
“Shiloh won’t leave Brad’s side and holds onto him when he tries to get up. He wears his sunglasses and hat the whole time. The moms go crazy and whisper about him, but he hasn’t made any play dates.”
Those mothers should frequent the Oyster Bay, N.Y., Dunkin’ Donuts where a solo Brad bought coffee on April 8. But Angelina was firmly in the picture April 5 when they spent 30 minutes picking out a game, magazines and books with Maddox, 7, and Pax, 5, at Syosset’s Borders Books.
“Brad was sitting in the kids’ aisle with one of the boys. When Angelina found him, Brad smiled and said, ‘Hi Mommy!’” an eyewitness tells OK!. “Angie took one kid and Brad took another and they walked around the store. They seemed like a normal family buying books.”

Cover Story: Suri & Shiloh’s A-List Playdate

Film commitments brought A-listers Katie Holmes and Angelina Jolie to NYC — but the working moms’ most important project in Manhattan is coordinating a playdate between their toddlers!
"Katie loves entertaining and spoke to Angelina about having an at-home tea party with cupcakes for the girls," a friend of Katie’s tells OK!. "It’s something she has wanted to do for ages," adds another source close to the actress. "Because of security reasons, Katie can’t have just any child over to her home. But with celebrity tots like Shiloh and Zahara, there’s no problem."
Plans for their "mini-meeting" began on Jan. 11 in L.A., when Katie and her husband, Tom Cruise, chatted with Angie and her partner, Brad Pitt, at a private Golden Globes afterparty thrown by CAA at the Sunset Tower Hotel. Of course Tom, 46, and Brad, 45, are hardly strangers. The two co-starred in the 1994 vampire flick, Interview With a Vampire, but lost touch over the years.

"Since the film, their careers and social circles have become so different, they rarely see each other," explains the source. But the two men acted like old friends that night. "Both talked at length about their children," adds the source, "and they agreed to get their little girls together."

There may be another reason for the playdate too. Katie desperately wants to introduce Suri to other children her age. While the toddler has adopted siblings Connor, 14, and Isabella, 16, to play with, the teens are much older. "Suri’s a very shy young lady," a Cruise insider tells OK!. "Even when Tom or Katie have taken her to a park or beach and tried to introduce her to other kids for a little playtime, it hasn’t worked. She’s very clingy."
"Katie told Angelina she just knew Suri and Shiloh are going to get along fantastically well," says the insider, "and Suri is already getting into the idea."

Brad and the Boys Hit Vegas

While Angelina Jolie had a mother/daughters day out with Zahara and Shiloh in NYC, Brad Pitt had the two older boys, Pax and Maddox, with him for a boys’ night in Las Vegas!
The trio stayed at the Hard Rock Hotel, and although Vegas’ main attraction might be gambling for most, Brad and the boys went straight for the video games.
When they arrived, "They were low key" a witness says. "Maddox had a hoodie pulled up over his head but smiled and said hello to anyone that spoke to them."
And then it was time for fun, as the guys had pizza and ice cream sundaes delivered to their deluxe suite, along with three Nintendo Wiis!
Things must’ve gotten exciting, as witnesses heard them "hollering" and play until the wee hour of 2am. Hope they got some rest in – Brad and the boys left this morning.
Angelina and the Girls’ Day Out!

Angelina Jolie had a girls only outing today with daughters Shiloh and Zahara, heading to their favorite NYC store Lee’s Art Shop this morning.
"The girls are getting so big!" an eyewitness inside the store tells OK!.
The three went up to the newly reopened educational toy department on the fourth floor where Angie picked out a few games and a deck of cards.
"Zahara and Shiloh were looking at some of the princess-themed rubber stamps in the back on the ground floor for about 10 minutes, and playing in the wrapping paper before they got to pick out some coloring books and markers." the source reveal.
But don’t think the girls were running amok, as "they were very sweet and well behaved," the store eyewitness says. "They said thank you and Shiloh tugged on Angelina’s coat whenever she saw something she really wanted, like a set of washable markers. Very sweet family, down to earth and polite."
Sounds like a glowing review from the Big Apple!
The Brangelina Kids Have Gone Wild!

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie might need to pencil in a little more play time for the kids after awards season is over – a report by UK paper The Sun claims the couple came back to their London hotel after the BAFTA Awards to find that Maddox, Pax, Zahara and Shiloh having some fun by racing up and down the hallway of the posh Dorchester hotel!
A nanny was supervising, but guests at the Dorchester hotel allegedly complained about the noise, according to the paper. Come on, kids will be kids, right?
The couple has been keeping a low profile on this trip, skipping the hotel’s fancy restaurants for a curry spot nearby, Noor Jahan, where they dined with model Claudia Schiffer, her husband Matthew Vaughn and Robert Downey Jr.
"They booked a table for 12 at 7.30pm and were a bit late arriving, but that was OK," says Shauyab Ahmed, part-owner of the restaurant as quoted by Brit paper The Telegraph. "The other customers loved it and were very happy to see them."
Maddox is the Boss!

With Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt making plans for baby #7 in their already bustling home, no one is more excited about the prospect of a new brother or sister in the house than the couple’s oldest child, Maddox.
The reason? It’s one more kid for him to boss around!
“Brad calls him ‘Maddox in charge,’” a friend of the couple tells OK!. “He loves assigning his siblings chores!”
And it seems that Maddox is also following in his architecture-minded father’s footsteps.
“Brad showed the kids pictures of the mansion they’re leasing on Long Island,” adds the pal, “and Mad decided to select the bedrooms for each of his brothers and sisters.”

By their own admission, six children just aren’t enough for Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. Indeed, when it comes to the Brangelina bunch – Maddox, 7, Pax, 5, Zahara, 4, Shiloh, 2, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 7 months, it’s never a matter of if, but when the family will grow.
In fact, OK! has learned exclusively that Angie, 33, is hoping to be pregnant with baby number seven by summertime.
“Angie is doing everything she can to get pregnant,” a source close to the actress tells OK!. “She’s taking prenatal vitamins, has dramatically cut down on her junk-food consumption, and is seeing her obstetrician regularly whenever she’s back in L.A.”
As OK! previously reported, doctors advised Angie not to conceive for at least a year following the July 12 birth of Knox and Vivienne. But the anxious actress is wasting no time in making sure the pregnancy happens right on schedule – or even before.
“Her goal is to be pregnant by the time Knox and Viv have their first birthday,” reveals the source. “Angie is one of those people who always manages to achieve whatever she wants."
And in this case, that’s baby #7!
