Outspoken Megan Fox has a dirty secret — she’s a huge nerd!
It turns out that the Angelina Jolie look-alike who said, “Sex is something that everyone does, so why can’t I talk about it?” would rather watch a zombie movie than pose in a bikini, says her How to Lose Friends & Alienate People co-star Simon Pegg.
“Megan’s a bit of a geek, and she was a fan of Shaun of the Dead,” Shaun actor Simon, 38, told OK! at the Oct. 1 launch of the movie’s companion book.
In the movie Simon and Megan, 22, play a journalist and a starlet, both trying to make it to the top in New York — while Simon’s character tries to make it with her.
But offscreen their relationship was less X-rated and more X-Men.
“We talked about comic books,” admits Simon.
How to Lose Friends opened in movie theaters on Oct. 3.

After years of stops, starts, leaked scripts, delays and distractions, it looks like director Quentin Tarantino is finally going to begin work on his WWII epic, Inglorious Bastards, as it is being reported that superstar Brad Pitt has officially signed on to be in the film.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Brad will play Lt. Aldo Raine, who heads up a squad of eight Jewish-American soldiers going toe-to-toe with the Nazis in German-occupied France.
This will mark the first time Brad has worked with the maverick director of such modern classics as Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs. And, says the film’s producer, it’s a match made in heaven. "They’re going to push each other and really help make something special," explains Lawrence Bender, Tarantino’s partner on the film.
Also in talks to join the film are Hot Fuzz star Simon Pegg, David Krumholtz of CBS hit Numb3rs, Office star BJ Novak and horror director Eli Roth.
