Audrina’s Stalker Behind Bars
September 16th, 2009 / Author: OK! StaffBritney Peeper Pleads Not Guilty
June 23rd, 2009
The woman accused of sneaking onto Britney Spears‘ property while she was gone, dressed in camouflage and filming footage for a purported documentary she was making on paparazzi, has plead not guilty to misdemeanor trespassing charges.
Miranda Tozier-Robobins met with prosecutors in L.A. and told Judge Jay Ford III that she was never asked to leave Brit’s property.
"I was detained at the residence, your honor. I wasn’t asked to leave," she told the judge.
A pretrial hearing set was scheduled for July 17, but the judge had indicated a plea deal should be worked out before then. Tozier-Robbins is currently under the terms of a temporary restraining order, prohibiting her from coming within 100 yards of Britney and her home.

Britney Gets Restraining Order Against Stalker
June 16th, 2009
No more documentary on Britney Spears for awhile, at least not for accused trespasser/stalker Miranda Tozier-Robbins, who was handed a temporary restraining order that requires she stay 100 yards from Brit and her home in Calabasas, Calif.
E! News reports that the 26-year-old woman, who once tried out for American Idol and was caught outside Brit’s home in April, will be arraigned on two misdemeanor charges in a week. While she said she’d defend herself, the judge advised her not to enter a plea until her hearing.
As for the film she was shooting at the time police arrested her outside Britney’s home—footage she was going to use for her "documentary" on paparazzi and stars— Tozier-Robbins won’t know for a week whether or not it will be returned. The judge is still deciding.
Upsetting news for the peeper, as she told reporters, "I don’t talk for free," on her way out of the courthouse.
Britney’s staying far away from the proceedings as she’s still on her Circus tour in the UK.
Leona Flees To UK After Stalker Scare
May 5th, 2009
Poor Leona Lewis.
The British singer just moved into an amazing new house in LA — then had to move right back out again because she was worried she was being stalked.
According to reports from Britain, the "Bleeding Love" star had only been in the $6 million pad in the Hollywood Hills for six days before she noticed a creepy guy hanging around the house.
The paper quotes a source as saying: “Leona had just gone to the shops to pick up some bits and pieces and was followed all the way back home by this man.
“She was completely unsettled by this and was pretty relieved to get back to the house safely. But when she looked out of the window later the man was still there, staring right at her. It freaked Leona out big time. She feared she was being stalked.”
Apparently she was so weirded out by the whole thing that she packed her bags and went back to England until the security at her new place gets beefed up a little.
Come back soon, Leona!
Man Convicted of Stalking Tyra Banks
April 30th, 2009
A man from Georgia who sent flowers to Tyra Banks, showed up at her studio and repeatedly tried to see her, and who said he had "a thing" with Tyra was convicted today in NYC of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment, the Associated Press reports.
Brady Green could go to jail for as long as 90 days after sentencing on June 18, and his lawyer is already planning to appeal.
Police said Green called Tyra’s studio repeatedly, asking to speak with her, and took a four-day long bus ride from L.A. to NYC—where he has no friends or family—and went immediately to her studio. He also sent her flowers and said that he and the America’s Next Top Model host "had a thing together."
Tyra testified that she was warned one day when she was leaving the studio that Green had been there, and he had threatened an employee.
"I didn’t know what to do. How do I live my life when I leave this building? I had never experienced anything like this before," she said.
Tyra has since upped her security, and has hired staff to be around her everywhere she goes. Her studio audiences are also being vetted more thoroughly.
"I don’t live that kind of sheltered, protected life," she said of her increased security staff. "I like to walk around."
Tyra’s Alleged Stalker: We’re Buddies
April 28th, 2009
Note to stalkers: claiming you’re BFFs with the person you’re harassing probably won’t work. A Georgia drifter accused of stalking and harassing Tyra Banks tried that line, a producer from her show testified yesterday.
The New York Daily News reports that Ray Noia checked on the man, Brady Green, after he got into the studio, and started asking to see his "very good friend."
"He wouldn’t leave when they told him Tyra wasn’t there," said Noia.
Green was on the "do not admit" list last March, and prosecutors say he threatened to kill an employee who wouldn’t give him the studio’s address. When he found his way there, he talked up anyone he could to get to Tyra.
"He’d explain, ‘I’m trying to see her. She’s a good friend of mine. Is there any way I can contact her?’" said Cynthia Simpson, a former staffer at The Tyra Banks Show. She added that he tried to get tickets as well. "He came in and asked when’s the show starting, how long would it take, can he get tickets. He said he was a friend of Tyra’s [and] that she knows he was coming to see her."
Another employee, Natasha Randolph, a secretary at the show, testified that Green sent Tyra flowers as well and called somewhere between six and 10 times. "
Green may finally get his face-to-face with Tyra, as she could testify in court tomorrow.
Alleged Britney Stalker Says it Was a Joke
April 17th, 2009
File this under "yeah right": The woman arrested by police yesterday outside Britney Spears‘ home peering into her windows with a video camera, Miranda Tozier-Robbins, says the whole thing was a joke.
“The whole thing — it was all a joke in the beginning, everybody knew about it," Tozier-Robbins, 26 tells Access Hollywood. “It was supposed to be like a ‘Paparazzi 101’ documentary type deal.”
Despite being clothed in a camouflage outfit, she says she decided to trespass on Brit’s Calabasas, Calif. property on the spur of the moment.
“What originally was supposed to happen was, I was going to tape whatever I could get. I would be like, far away doing a stakeout,” Tozier-Robbins told host Billy Bush. “It didn’t work out as planned, so when I was already halfway there in the mountains [around Britney’s home], it was already Wednesday night/Thursday morning … I already knew Britney herself wouldn’t be there, but it’s like, I came that far, I might as well go see the house, at least get the house on tape, because I know people would be interested in seeing stuff like that.”
Oh sure, might as well!
“It’s a once in a lifetime opportunity, you understand? She’s coming through on the tour, on the stop, it’s like take your chance. Take the opportunity, do it,” she laughed.
Laughing, that’s a good one! We’re sure the judge will accept that.
Even if the whole thing was a "joke," Tozier-Robbins is just fine with being called a stalker.
“Yeah, sure. That would be a fair term to use. Tracking, stalking, whatever, for a couple weeks long,” she said. “It wasn’t really stalking her, it was more plotting out how to get to her house.”
And the difference is…?
According to reports, Tozier-Robbins auditioned for American Idol in the past, and one time sang Brit’s song "Everytime." Cue the creepy music.
Britney Peeper Arrested
April 16th, 2009
Proof that there are some really strange people lurking about this planet, police have arrested a woman for sneaking into Britney Spears’ L.A. home and peeping through her windows.
TMZ is reporting that the woman was decked out in camouflage fatigues and carrying a backpack and video camera as she snuck onto the pop star’s Calabasas home.
Just before 11am this morning, private security noticed 26-year-old Miranda Tozier-Robbins acting suspicious outside of the home. According to the incident report, security asked her to leave, but the woman "balked at their requests" and had to be physically escorted off the property.
Sheriffs arrived shortly after and took her to a local station where she was booked on charges of trespassing and disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $5,000, but she was released on a citation to appear in court on June 16.
We’re told Britney was not home at the time, but she is in town this week — playing the Staples Center in Los Angeles tonight and tomorrow.
Shawn Johnson’s Stalker to Stay Away Permanently
April 14th, 2009
Shawn Johnson is safe enough with alleged stalker Robert O’Ryan behind bars, but the Olympic gymnast and her family want to be as safe from him as is legally possible. TMZ reports that the family got a permanent restraining order today.
Shawn’s mom and dad went to court in L.A. County Superior Court to request the order, which will require O’Ryan to remain at least 100 yards away from Shawn and her family for at least three years. The judge granted the request.
O’Ryan is currently in jail on $220,000 bail after he landed in hot water for skulking around the studios where Shawn was taping Dancing With the Stars. He’s been charged with felony stalking and two misdemeanor counts of carrying a loaded firearm in a vehicle.
