Olympic hero, Michael Phelps, 23, is as famous for rocking a Speedo as he is for winning 8 straight gold medals at the Beijing Olympics.
But on Sept. 5, Phelps got himself one other thing: a fake tan! The swimmer paid a visit to Palms Place’s Sunset Tan in Las Vegas, where he got himself spray-tanned.
The previous night, the champ and his entourage of more than 20 partied the night away at the Palms Casino Resort’s Playboy Club, where an onlooker tells OK!, "He was all smiles. He enjoyed chatting it up with the Playboy bunnies.
And afterward? A record-breaking dinner of chicken, shrimp, crab legs and lobster tails at N9ne Steakhouse.
Next up for Phelps? A well-deserved homecoming to be held on Oct. 4 in Baltimore, Md. The Olympic champ and fellow swimmer Katie Hoff will be thrown in their honor, including an afternoon parade that will head south toward the neighborhood Phelps grew up in and where his mother, Debbie, still lives.

As a tanning salon owner, Sunset Tan star Janae Alt has seen her share of tanning disasters, but one stands out.
"Someone went into the tanning booth and peed in the trash can," Janae tells OK! at the Sunset Tan season 2 premiere party at Les Deux in Hollywood on July 30.
"I guess they were pretty relaxed and didn’t want to leave the tanning bed. Unfortunately, we didn’t notice it until three clients had been in that booth. If we knew who it was, they would have been banned for life from the salon, but instead we were left with three suspects. It never happened again, but the experience really traumatized me!"
Janae also has a bit of tanning advice, "Moisturize! It’s the most important thing you can do if you tan. It helps to prevent aging. My favorite lotion is the Beverly Hills Bronze."

While Sunset Tan star Ania Migdal knows bronzed skin is still in, she is now aiming to make sure women are dressed the part as well, with her new clothing line Lock-It.
"Fashion has always been a very large part of my life," she tells OK! "I believe that what you wear says a lot about you. It can tell you how you feel about yourself, what your mood is that day, and what vibe you are trying to give out. It’s always been my dream to contribute to the fashion world."
Lock-it is a vintage-inspired clothing line which brings back fashions from the 60’s through the 90’s and modernizes the look to fit today’s consumer. The line consists of mostly "femanine and flirty dresses and tops and it makes girls feel pretty and elegant," she says. "It has lots of bright colors, fun patterns, and flattering for every body type."
Marked by an embroidered skeleton key logo, Lock-It items will range from $150 to $350 when it hits stores. Meanwhile, Migdal and her boyfriend Nick D’Anna are currently wrapping the second season on Sunset Tan, set to premiere this summer on E!.
