Taylor Momsen has accomplished a lot in her 16 years. The Gossip Girl starlet is in her third season playing Jenny Humphrey in the hit CW series. In a recent interview with a teen mag, Taylor dishes on her "angsty" side, why she feels people do not take her seriously and a fact many may not know about her. "I think people don't really take me seriously because I'm 16. And they think most 16-year-olds don't know what they want to do," Taylor says in the upcoming issue of Seventeen magazine.
