Jon Insists He Didn’t Cheat on Kate

May 6th, 2009

Firing back at the latest reports that he cheated on his wife, Jon Gosselin insists he’s innocent and has stayed faithful to Kate Gosselin.

“These allegations are false and just plain hurtful," he tells Extra of the scandal rocking his life with their eight kids. "As I adjust to the attention that comes from being in the public eye, I need to be more careful and aware of who I am associating with and where I am spending my time.  But the bottom line is, I did not cheat on Kate. "

The only apology Jon says he’ll make is one to his family for the attention being paid tothem as a result of the scandal, which was started when he spent time with a female friend.

"I am sorry for putting my family in this awkward position, given some poor decisions and bad judgements I’ve made recently," he says. "I am working through this difficult time with my family.  My family is my top priority."

Eva Longoria’s Florist gets Own Show!

May 4th, 2009

It’s only a matter of time before everyone with a famous clientele gets their own reality show!

The newest one to join the bunch? It’s none other than Jeff Leatham, floral designer extraordinaire.

He’s the man behind the stunning arrangements at Eva Longoria and Tony Parker’s lavish Paris wedding back in 2007, which was featured exclusively in OK!.

Jeff has landed his own reality series on TLC, the TV Fanatic has learned, which will cover how he brings bouquets of beauty into the lives of the rich and famous, all the while keeping his own smelling like a rose.

I’ve actually had the pleasure of seeing Jeff’s work up close and personal at a Tupperware Charity tea hosted by Brooke Shields last year. He’s good at what he does.

Look for the Jeff Leatham project to premiere on the network by early fall.

Jon & Kate Tackle Marriage Rumors

April 7th, 2009

Questions about Jon and Kate Gosselin’s relationship have been swirling, and now the TLC reality stars address rumor of infidelity in the May issue of Ladies’ Home Journal.

“This struggle has definitely put some tension in our marriage,” says Jon. “But I never cheated on Kate. Kate and I are together."

Kate laments the couples’ lack of privacy: "The fact that we are recognized, screamed at, mobbed and so often approached when we’re together does make life difficult."

It’s certainly not the life that the father of eight imagined! "I always thought I’d be, like, 54 years old and marry a 19-year-old or something," Jon admits.

There are difficulties raising eight small children and airing out marital problems on TV, but the couple does not romanticize life pre-sextuplets. "I wouldn’t return to those days,” says Kate.

Season four of Jon & Kate Plus Eight ended with its highest ratings ever, but has left Jon questioning his future as a reality show star, saying, "I can’t be Jon, I have to be Jon and Kate Plus 8, which is a really hard thing for me."

No worries for fans of the family show, however – despite his doubts, America’s favorite reality show family will be back for another season.

TLC to cancel game show?

June 23rd, 2008

Will the nicest man in showbiz have to take up a new residency?

Dancing with the Stars alum Cameron Mathison hosts TLC’s Your Place or Mine, the network’s first reality game show where contestants can steal a new room out of their opponent’s home, literally. A new flatscreen would be nice!

The show, which premiered on June 8, brought in low ratings, prompting the network to shuffle it in the lineup from its original Sunday night, 8 p.m. air time to a Saturday TV viewing dead zone. A source close to the show whispers to the TV Fanatic, "It probably won’t be on much longer." Say it ain’t so!

Don’t fret. The TV Fanatic hears that the network loves Cameron (who doesn’t!), and if this project doesn’t work out, they’ll keep trying until they find the perfect fit.

A TLC rep declined to comment on the status of the show.
