Congratulations to Spider-Man star Tobey Maguire and wife Jennifer Maguire, who celebrated the birth of their second child on Friday.
A rep for the actor confirms that Jennifer, 31, gave birth to a boy and that the family is "happy and healthy." The pair, who married in 2007 after dating for four years, are already parents to two-year-old daughter, Ruby Sweetheart Maguire.

Stars Pledge Allegiance to Obama

On the eve of President-elect Barack Obama’s Inauguration, some of Hollywood’s hottest stars are rallying behind his message of change.
In a series of moving videos directed by Demi Moore, MySpace Celebrity and Ashton Kutcher’s Katalyst Media asked celebs including Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, Aaron Eckhart, Alyssa Milano, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, Tobey Maguire, Dakota Fanning, Eva Longoria and more to pledge service to the President-elect. The moving videos represent ways in which each star plans to take actions that lead to the nationwide change motivated by Obama’s campaign.
"We are honored to be working with MySpace to rally the entertainment industry to answer President-elect Barack Obama’s call to service," said Kutcher. "The Presidential Pledge is a platform for people across the nation and throughout the world to make a first person committment of service to our new President."

While they may be Democrat or Republican, some celebrities don’t want to tell you who to elect as the next president, but they do want you to exercise your right to vote.
Leonardo DiCaprio and a few of his famous friends recently gathered to make a public service announcement urging viewers to make sure they’re registered to vote before election day. Sources exclusively tell OK! that the star-studded PSA was filmed at Leo’s L.A. home.
"I mean you do know that, right? You have to register first before you vote," says Leo in the almost-five minute spot.
Over three days the Body of Lies actor and his production company, Appian Way, put celebs like Tobey Maguire, Forest Whitaker, will.i.am, Jennifer Aniston, Halle Berry, Courteney Cox, Ellen DeGeneres, Jaime Foxx, Jonah Hill, Dustin Hoffman, Natalie Portman and more in front of the camera to get the message out to unregistered voters, asking them to also tell five friends to do the same.
The spot urges viewers to go online at that very moment to register, many saying they’ll wait while you do so.
"I’ll wait too," adds Sarah Silverman. "I’m going to take off my bra under my shirt."

Brangelina and Aniston to Co-Host Hollywood Party

Tinseltown’s buzzing about the 2008 The Night Before party, where Hollywood’s elite comes to celebrate the Motion Picture & Television Fund on the eve of Oscar.
The event, which will be held Feb. 23 at the Beverly Hills Hotel, has a "hosted by" list featuring a veritable marquee of A-list talent, including none other than Jennifer Aniston, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt!
We would love to be a fly on the wall when Team Aniston (pals Jennifer Meyer and Tobey Maguire and Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor) and Team Jolie-Pitt (Ocean’s pals George Clooney, Don Cheadle, Catherine Zeta-Jones and Matt Damon) are all under one roof together.
Will the tension hang thick in the air or will these grown-up stars be mature enough to mingle? In the name of Oscar and a very good cause, let’s all just get along.
OK! Exclusive: Jen Jets Off With Mystery Man

Once again, Jennifer Aniston is off to her annual winter holiday vacation spot in sun-splashed Los Cabos, Mexico. But this time, instead of merely tagging along with her surrogate family of Courteney Cox, David Arquette and their daughter, Coco, the former Mrs. Brad Pitt has a brought a “mystery man” along for the ride!
Jen, 38, and the goateed and fedora-wearing man joined the Cox-Arquettes on a private jet which departed Bob Hope Airport in Burbank around 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 28. “They touched down at Los Cabos International Airport at about 2 p.m. local time,” an eyewitness tells OK!. “As they walked out onto the tarmac, under an 80-degree sun and clear, blue sky, Jen and Courteney looked really happy to be back in Los Cabos.”
Outside the terminal, the party was picked up by a chauffer-driven white Cadillac Escalade, sent to greet them by their resort. After a 30-minute drive through the Mexican desert into Los Cabos, Jen, Courteney, David and the mystery man were spotted on the balcony of their rented beach home, chatting, drinking and dining at a table overlooking the gorgeous, windswept Sea of Cortez.
“Early that evening, Courteney, dressed in a cute jogging outfit, ran wind-sprints along the sand, as David and Coco accompanied her,” the eyewitness says. The trio “looked very happy and relaxed to be there. Coco was having a blast out on the beach. David looked pretty happy to be away from the hustle and bustle of L.A. He and Courteney were holding hands as they all walked together. And it seemed like the Arquettes may have been giving Jen and her friend some alone time. They weren’t seen leaving the house that night.”
But the group did get more company. Their good friends Tobey Maguire, his wife, Jennifer Meyer, and their daughter, Ruby, 2, arrived at about 11 p.m. and made their way to the same resort.
Jen, Courteney and David have vacationed in Los Cabos four winters straight. Jen first went there in early 2003 to visit her then-husband Brad, who was filming the movie Troy.
Perhaps she’s starting a new tradition this year with a new guy?

OK! Exclusive: Pam’s Not Acting Like She’s Pregnant

Despite rumors that an unexpected pregnancy is behind Pamela Anderson’s quickie marriage to professional layabout Rick Salomon last weekend, OK! has heard that her recent behavior is saying otherwise.
Wednesday night in Las Vegas, at a party thrown by Virgin America airlines at nightclub Tryst, OK! was there as Pam and Rick showed up to the event unexpectedly. Of course, the always camera-friendly Pam was more than happy to drape herself all over Virgin honcho Sir Richard Branson for the snapping photographers while Rick headed straight to the poker tables.
And when the pair did finally meet up again at their table, Pam sipped champagne while Rick sat next to her smoking one cigarette after another.
Champagne and cigarettes? While that may sound like a good night out for some, it doesn’t exactly sound like the behavior of a woman with a bun in the oven.
Only time will tell…
