As reported <a href="http://www.okmagazine.com/news/view/12246/Britney-Heads-East-to-Prep-for-Tour" target="_blank">by <em>OK</em>!</a> on Friday, <a href="http://okmagazine.com/search/spears" target="_blank"><strong>Britney Spears</strong></a> and her boys made the return trip to her home state of Lousiana, where she’ll be kicking off her big comeback tour this week.
And now another member of the clan has landed in the Big Easy, as Brit’s ex, <a href="http://okmagazine.com/search/federline" target="_blank"><strong>Kevin Federline</strong></a> flew to New Orleans over the weekend so he can join his boys, Sean Preston, 3, and 2-year-old Jayden James, while they travel with mom on her cross-country Circus extravaganza.
As agreed to last summer following a lengthy and nasty custody battle, Kevin maintains sole physical custody of the former couple’s children. But after significant negotiations between lawyers for both two sides, Brit and her onetime rapper ex arranged for her to have the boys with her during the tour.
Perhaps in his down time while the kids are napping and mom’s rehearsing, Kevin will be working on his <a href="http://www.okmagazine.com/news/view/12199/K-Fed-to-Launch-Kids-Clothing-Line" target="_blank">clothing line for kids</a>?

While their lawyers bicker about the finer points of exactly how and when <a href="http://okmagazine.com/search/britney" target="_blank"><strong>Britney Spears</strong></a> gets to take her two young sons out on tour with her this spring, her ex-husband, <a href="http://okmagazine.com/search/Federline" target="_blank"><strong>Kevin Federline</strong></a> has been spending some time with new girlfriend Victoria Prince in Vegas.
According to sources inside Sin City hotspot Tao Las Vegas, K-Fed, who came out victorious last summer in a protracted custody battle with his pop superstar ex, hit up the club for the second time in a week on Saturday night with Victoria on his arm.
"He showed up to Tao with about 10 friends for dinner," says one witness. "Then they all headed into the club and sat at a corner table on the dancefloor near DJ Vice."
Before Kevin made an apparent turnaround in his bid to become father of the year to sons Sean Preston, 3, and 2-year-old Jayden James, he was a notorious partier, often spending days away from Britney to have fun with his pals.
Let’s just hope for the sake of the boys that this isn’t a return to form for K-Fed.

Deal for Britney’s Boys on Tour Not Done

Although Britney Spears‘ blog on her official site yesterday announced that her boys Sean Preston and Jayden James would be joining her on her Circus tour, ex-husband Kevin Federline’s lawyer says not so fast.
"We are working toward that," K-Fed attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan tells E! News. "There can be an agreement reached in probably the next day, but there is not an agreement that is signed yet."
The agreement they’re moving toward will allow Britney access to her sons similar to her current arangement—around three days per week—with Kevin accompanying his sons to areas like New Jersey, New Orleans and L.A., locales Britney can easily visit while on tour.
"Kevin is working to make them accessible by going on various central locations in various areas of the country, and he is doing that because he wants her to be able to have the maximum positive environment around her to assure that the tour will be successful," says Kaplan.
Don’t expect to see Sean and Jayden rocking out to mommy’s tunes or copying her dance moves from backstage, however – they most likely won’t be attending her performances.
"I don’t think the kids will be at venues. They will be available in her life when she is done with the rigors of performing," Kaplan explains.
As for K-Fed’s new girlfriend, Victoria Prince, how will she feel about her man following his successful, pop star ex-wife around the country? Kaplan says the couple haven’t decided whether or not Victoria will be accompanying Kevin.
"I don’t even know if they know yet, but she is a very solid person and they are really great together," says the attorney. "She is very solid, responsible and [has had a] very positive effect."
Britney Scared Of Losing Sons To K-Fed’s Girlfriend

Her new album, Circus, leaped to No. 1, and the tour built around it is a juggernaut designed to propel Britney Spears back to the top of the pop heap.
But friends fear that the big comeback could become a circus in the worst sense: Britney, 27, is terrified she’ll end up forfeiting the allegiance of her sons, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, to her ex Kevin Federline’s girlfriend, volleyballer Victoria Prince.
Britney was distraught, says a source close to Kevin, 30, after seeing photos of her sons in Prince’s arms at the Japanese Kitchen Steak & Seafood house in Kevin’s
hometown of Fresno, on Jan. 19.
Victoria, 27, has been “cuddling the kids and playing mommy with them,” a source tells OK!.
“Things are very serious between Victoria and Kevin,” said the source. “At first Brit was mad, then she broke down in tears.”
What will happen now? After struggling to overcome substance abuse problems and emotional instability with hopes of renewing her relationship with the boys, Britney seems sleek and energized.
Can she perform through this new pain — or will the train fly off the rails again?
“She hates the thought of this woman mothering her sons,” the source says. “She’s afraid Victoria will take her place. And it’s tearing her up inside.”
