The best way to promote a new movie? Just flash a peace sign… No one can say no to that! Vince Vaughn showed some peace and love to his fans in Dublin on Friday while promoting his new film Couples Retreat. If that trick doesn’t work we suggest going back to cracking jokes, Vince!
Jennifer Aniston doesn’t hold a grudge when her former flames find true love. In fact, she sent Vince Vaughn a message to congratulate him on his engagement to Canadian real estate agent Kyla Weber.
“Jen couldn’t be happier for Vince,” an insider tells OK!. “She still considers him a friend and is delighted for him. She wanted him to know that.”
Jen, 40, and Vince, 38, began dating in the summer of 2005 while shooting The Break-Up; they split in November 2006. He now joins a line of Aniston exes who’ve gone on to solid relationships.
She was married to Brad Pitt from July 2000 until their infamous split in January 2005. (He’s been with Angelina Jolie ever since, in case you weren’t aware). Jennifer also dated model Paul Sculfor, who is now the serious boyfriend of Cameron Diaz.
Meanwhile, she recently marked her year anniversary with beau John Mayer, 31 — but they have yet to seal the deal.
As for Vince, whose next film, Couples Retreat, will be out in October, his rep tells OK!, “We have not confirmed nor have we denied [the engagement].”

Vince Vaughn has apparently moved way past his Jennifer Aniston romance, as a new report says the actor is set to marry Canadian realtor Kyla Weber shortly.
The Gazette says the bride-to-be’s father, Ken Weber, confirmed that his daughter is definitely engaged to the Wedding Crashers star.
Previous reports announced that Vince had proposed to the Calgary-born 29-year-old on Valentine’s Day with a $125,000, four-carat ring in hand; however, no news of a wedding date has been released as of yet.
Assuming this is true, then… Congratulations to the happy couple!
In the four years since she split from ex-husband Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston has remained pretty silent on the topic of alleged interloper Angelina Jolie, who had always claimed that her romance with Brad didn’t begin until after his marriage had ended.
But with recent revelations from Angelina that she did indeed fall for the handsome hunk while filming Mr & Mrs Smith (and while he was still wed to Jen), it looks like the Marley & Me star isn’t holding her tongue anymore.
"There was stuff printed there that was definitely from a time when I was unaware that it was happening," Jen says candidly in the December issue of Vogue. "I felt those details were a little inappropriate to discuss… That stuff about how she couldn’t wait to get to work every day? That was really uncool."

That being said, Jen also defends herself against the image held by some that she is a victim of love gone bad. "This whole ‘Poor lonely Jen’ thing, this idea that I’m so unlucky in love? I actually feel I’ve been unbelievably lucky in love," she explains. "Just because at this stage my life doesn’t have the traditional framework to it—the husband and the two kids and the house in Connecticut—it’s mine. It’s my experience. And if you don’t like the way it looks, then stop looking at it!"
In the interview, Jen, who admits to still exchanging pleasantries with Brad, thanks her relationship with Vince Vaughn for helping to get her head and heart back in the right place.
"I call Vince my defibrillator," she reveals. "He literally brought me back to life. My first gasp of air was a big laugh! It was great. I love him. He’s a bull in a china shop."
Jen is slightly more tight-lipped on the subject of current semi-boyfriend John Mayer, who famously told the press he’d split from the actress in August. "He had to put that out there that he broke up with me," she explains. "Trust me, you’ll never see that happen again from that man."
As for where things are at now, Jen says coyly, "I deeply, deeply care about him; we talk, we adore one another. And that’s where it is."

She’s Type A, and he’s old school — no wonder Reese Witherspoon and Vince Vaughn didn’t get along while filming their holiday comedy, Four Christmases.
According to a friend, Reese is dreading the movie’s promotional tour with Vince, whom she describes as “the biggest child I’ve ever met!”
“Promoting a movie involves long hours, and she’ll have to spend a lot of time with someone who gets under her skin,” the pal tells OK!.
“Reese is professional — she’ll grit her teeth, fake a smile and pose for pictures — but she’s not looking forward to it.”
Reese has also asked her ex-hubby, Ryan Phillippe to care for their kids, Ava and Deacon so she can keep her cool with the other child in her life: her co-star.
Reports of tension emerged from their film set late last year with perfectionist Reese even speaking out about the freewheeling ad-libber.
“I said to him one day, ‘People can’t talk as fast as you think.’ You can’t keep up with him. But I feel like I’ve been in training — Vince Vaughn training!”

Only weeks after walking down the aisle for her upcoming film He’s Just Not That Into You, Jen Aniston was doing it all over again on Tuesday, as the sexy and single star filmed yet another wedding sequence — this time with co-star Woody Harrelson — for the film Management.
The pair filmed the scene in the picturesque Willamette Valley in Portland, Ore., on Tuesday for the movie, reportedly about a woman being hassled by an obsessive hotel manager.
Given that Jen’s film The Break-Up ultimately ended with her and co-star Vince Vaughn enduring a rather public split, here’s hoping that Jen’s recent spate of wedding-related pics will see her walking down the aisle with a real Mr. Right.
